Everything, the beds were 2 beds put next to each other, it was not the room I ordered and saw online, the door couldn't even close so I slept with the door open, I had someone come knco on the door wanting to get out, it was uncomfortable the bed was making a lot of noise, it was just a lot wrong

The main reason I booked the place was for the hot tub - but the hot water stopped after about 30 seconds so we could not use it. No rubbish bin in the room! Basin tap in the bathroom not working properly. Gate was closed and the buzzer button was broken when I arrived - and no-one came to open. I had to call three times. They then had to check my booking-com booking which took quite long. The house rules say "be quiet after 10 pm" but there was a massive party going on at the pool area until the early hours - mostly by people who were not sleep-in guests. All in all not pleasant even though the place has lots of potential. Just poor management.

The admin is tiresome. We had to wait 30 min even with the proof of payment and booking for the owner Bruno. A more effective way is needed but aside from that, all is fine. Also, I felt like a thief or fraudster. Like with the admin issue, apparently my booking had to be confirmed with the owner (check it’s authenticity) and when I checked out, they had to check if I didn’t steal anything. I understand these issues but I feel like a more subtle solution is needed.

We had no power because of load shedding and the property had no backup power, not even a candle was offered. There were no toiletries not even soap, the bedding was dusty , stained pillows and there was gum on the main bedroom toilet seat.

The location was good & stuff were friendly.

No remote for the gate, have to call everytime you go out, no lights if the electricity is gone, not even given a notice about Eskom load shedding, no bath caps,only one bed side table, no tea sets on our rooms, they dont clean the rooms, only after you have finished staying, there is a lot

The rooms were not locking even the bathroom that we shared with three rooms. I was there with my little daughter she witnessed a grown man bathing with an open door. They have two outside mobile rooms, with a broken window and the floors are in a bad shape,
