We were expecting to see more animals at the watering hole but they are evidently kept away from the main resort area out of sight and would only be seen on the game drive.

Everything!! Especially coming back from our fabulous meal in the restaurant to find the heating in the room switched on and the heated blankets switched on ready for us to climb into a nice warm bed.

Games (safari) not as expected, its look like zoo without walls, all animals like home pets. But for children it is ok. Some tents near the inside road, and bit loud during the evenings and nights.

Epic interior (tent with full size bath, electricity, heater/cooler, good view to the nature). Sounds of nature during the evenings and nights - be ready for it. Bed with electric heater is very helpful at the winter (since April till September).

The large king size bed Matress was hard for me personally but my son had a better sleep than at home!

Breakfast was superb, array of choice from bacon and eggs to fresh pastry’s and yogurt with fruit and cold meats and cheese. Staff were welcoming and friendly - special mention to Xavier who stood out! The lodge itself was superb! Can’t beat waking up in nature with the birds singing and hippos communicating! View from our tent was tops and special mention to Juan our guide on the bush safari - what a great experience and Tiaan our guide on the Meerkat experience. We really felt treated and relaxed 😎 didn’t want to leave!

The ducks at the waterhole are loud the whole night, but earplugs are in every room.

We had our first safari there and it was amazing. Russell was a fantastic guide and you can take great pictures. If you have a room there, then you can join tours at special times. We also where at the elephant experience, which was impressive and heart-warming. The pool at the waterhole is very relaxing, watch out for the hippos. Everything is very professional and has a touch of luxury. Great restaurant as well.

clean and well equipped lodges with attention to details, luxury almost everywhere, good value for money. restaurant and wines good. family friendly. tours were good also, very well prepared, tourist safely, child friendly, perfectly maintenance of roads (almost too meticulous for a 4x4 tour), good density of animals in the fenced zoo

We couldn't set air-condition in heat mode. It was quiet cold at night. And we were a bit disappointed because of a lack of hot water in the tap. There's a bath in the tent but there isn't hot water there :(

Everything was about perfect. The best service I've ever had and check-in experience as well. Amazing restaurant, super comfortable and very convenient tent, good safari experience.

- The air con in the room didn't seem to be able to cool down the room in the day, as if the compressor wasn't working. It gets very hot in the day, and cold at night. - Being a safari, expect some insects in the room, especially ants, so don't leave food in the open. - WiFi is patchy and that is expected given how big the site is

+ A unique experience living in a safari, with animals roaming freely. + The restaurant is extremely good, serves very delicious food, no wonder it gets crowded during lunch + Lots of paid activities to choose from, the elephant feeding was very fun + The staff were very friendly and courteous

the restaurant area is very noisy and loud ( depending which neighbor do you have ) sometimes it gets really crowded ( last time - 5 years ago it was different) I guess it depends how many daily visitors are coming by .

People putting towels on the sunbeds to stop others using them. Maybe they thought they were in Benidorm.

The restaurant though 4 star was as the waiter put it slow and chaotic. When you got food it was good but served without cutlery so cold once you had the tools to eat it

Beautiful Tent lodging with bathtub. Highly recommend the cheetah safari.
