My booking was done via Booking.com. As I was on my way to the lodge I tried calling to confirm everything and the calls were not being answered. Upon arrival, I observed that only one person was working the reception area on such a busy weekend and as such, was not answering any calls. This was frustrating as this was my first time in Nelspruit. Secondly, the shower taps were electrically charged cause as soon as I was in the shower, they felt shocking. I had to jump out of a running shower as I could not close the taps or adjust the temperature in fear of electrocution.

The place was clean and true to what is displayed when booking on Booking.com Enjoyed the beauty of the outside areas as one could walk and enjoy the nature. Appreciated the easy availability of the extra towels, ironing board and the iron.

1. Old TV that has one on&off Chanel 2. No lights on steps even though we indicated that one family member has disability. 3. Water takes long to heat up and it stays lukewarm at the shower. 4. No Wi-Fi

The accomodation was good however the walking distance form the dinning place and the rooms are far apart from each other and that walking outside form dinning to the bedrooms its bit not nice. The management should consider some ways of transport in times of rain and too much storms.

Food was delicious indeed and the starters was excellent i would recommend it to someone . the buffet idea is very good keep up the good work

TV facilities are poor, no wi-fi connectivity and they only provided two towels for a family of three.

It was very central to all the sights we wanted to visit and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly.

After our tired night, We were woken up by a loud music from the property. The bathroom door was not closing. The receptionist was just in her own zone . Not a friendly person. The TV not working, no dish to connect . In overall our stay was terrible. However , big complements to the restaurant staff , very friendly and their food was delicious.

The restaurant staff is not friendy nor accommodating more especially the manager We had an incident where we ran out of ice and asked for a cup, even offered to pay, we were rudely dismissed.

1.Food was little, day 2 when we went for breakfast there was practically no food, we had to wait. At, Dinner we had one person who does not eat Beef, there was no chicken/ Fish, she had to wait while they prepare chicken livers, that was not value for money... 2. Showers were not working properly, esp hot water shower 3. Lights were not working in most rooms, they had to fix after we checked in 4. TVs were not working
