The property is located next to the best restaurants and malls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the property.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Showers have a very fine spray, and temperature of water is very low. Quite annoying as you have to take a longer shower as you don't warm up, so it defeats the purpose of saving water. Would definitely not stay here in winter months! No air-conditioning, so very hot at night and you cannot open the windows as it is fairly noisey at night. Very easy to gain access via the security gate as no checks are done.

The location is great, very close to the Rosebank mall. Very neat and clean and well maintained. Well equipped, good parking.

The apartment had a code system on the door and the receptionist could have been clearer with how to operate the locking system.

The location is ideal. The checking in process was seamless and the host was very helpful.

The corkscrew was broken, housekeeping should check thoroughly after a guest checks out. I did not like that I had to send pictures to the reception of the opener and the cork in the bottle to prove it was not me who broke it. On a positive note, they sent a replacement immediately.

The decor, beds, cleanliness, everything was almost perfect.

There is no mirror in the smaller bedroom. Curtains over the blinds in the bedrooms would be great.

Excellent location and spacious apartments which is ample for 2-4 people.

The TV didn't have any channels. The room was serviced the first day...the 2nd day the beds were made and nothing else...rubbish bag left on kitchen floor,basin in bathroom left filled with water.

The apartment was spacious. The staff at reception very pleasant.

Extra blankets would have been nice. Shower water was lukewarm. Recommend adding single beds in one of the rooms.

Perfect location. Mall is within walking distance. Great restaurant options. Backup generator worked well. Clean and tidy.

when we left the apartment, the cleaner literally walked in the apartment without knocking as we were preparing to leave. She said we had to go and she was in a hurry to take bedding to be washed, though we were aware that people have an hour grace period to vacate the premises in South Africa. we felt our privacy was violated with kids around. For us that was the most uncomfortable thing about the experience.

The host at reception helped with all the information i needed to access the room. The code way of entering your room is a new and interesting way of doing things.

We were on the 9th floor and the lifts would sometimes get stuck or the door wouldn't close for a good 1minute.

Liked that it was a walking distance to the mall and the restaurants, very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

The kids' room must have 2 single beds. So they don't have to share a bed.

The heating in the main bedroom was broken and not working, as well as one of the heaters in the livingroom
