The idyllic views of the ocean and the mountains. The studio was finished to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. The facilities at the property were excellent. It was very private and peaceful and we hope to return The owner ,Trevor went to great lengths to make our stay perfect. Thanks

The location is amazing, the views from all around are stunning. The penthouse is very private and backs onto Table mountain national park and faces Lions head and camps bay. very spacious with everything you could want, the terrace has comfy loungers and an amazing pool for cooling down on a hot day. Everything is close, the beaches, table mountain, Kirstenbosch gardens and some amazing restaurants. Trevor was able to give us some fantastic recommendations of where to eat and where to visit which I have to say made the holiday.

The location i superb. The studio contains everything you need and feels open and spacious. The view is wonderful, unbeatable I would say. We have been to CT a lot of times and found Trevor’s place so charming and perfect for enjoying and exploring CT and surroundings.

There was nothing to complain about ! I didn t miss the sink in the kitchen. There is a washing maschine and you can always wash single dishes in the bathroom. On the map the location looks quite far away from everything, but actually you are down to Camps Bay promenade quickly and the closest main road leads you to Cape Town (Gardens) in less then 10 min by car.

The host Trevor is wonderful ! He is very caring for his guests and discrete at the same time. The view over Camps Bay and Lions Head is breathtaking and is definetely worth the extra money. Will come back for sure !

Camps Bay Villa has everything you need and nothing that you don’t!

Views to die for, attentive staff, easy parking, spacious, close to mountain trails as well as the beach and Camps Bay promenade. Self-catering breakfast was Covid-friendly.

This is not a complaint and I should have expected a lot of steps to get into the apartment. But I recently had an operation on my ankle and necessary to use a crutch so I found the 70 steps from the car park to our bedroom floor a bit formidable. Trevor was as helpful as one could expect and carried all our luggage to our room and when we shopped also helped with our bags of groceries.

Trevor was very generous in the items purchased for our breakfast. He went the extra mile.

Trevor was amazing. He drove me to dinner or any where I needed to go. I am challenged with TV remotes and he came by after hours to make sure I got to watch TV. The most customer centric manager of a property I have ever met. Frequently messaging me to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything.

The pictures don’t do any justice to this property. Talk about a perfect place. It’s beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The place is easy accessible and very convenient as one can manoeuvre in and out of town with or without a car. Trevor the host is such a lovely soul who made sure that we had our breakfast essentials. He constantly checked on us if everything was in order. And mind you my boyfriend accidentally fell down the stairs and broke a frame of one his art pieces and he didn’t even make us pay for the frame. May God bless this man such an awesome person. I would definitely book this place villa again and again.

Trevor is an absolute star of a host and Camps Bay Villa is truly a one of a kind location. Definitely going to be going back.

The house, interior and texhnical equipment is all a bit dated and gives the apartment a stiffy taste and athmosphere.. The landlord should change his onboarding procedure in general (wrong time and to detailed, considering that people are tired from travelled and fully open the landlords long explanations. Rather than have a full guide what every one can read. . The whole introduction is rather led by fear than trust towards adults. The most redicioulos restriction what the landlord mentioned. thaat guests are both allowed to have friends over for a coffee or s sunset wines. I personally stayed few tines in the sane area and it was never s problem to have few friends of for 2-3 hours fir coffee or dinner.

Our privacy was violated. The host comes in at his will even when you specify you don’t want any house keeping. Trevor did not contact us there was no urgent reason for entry. The host unloaded extensive check in and stay instructions (10+ page document) upon arrival(after a LONG flight). There were 10+ security measures we needed to make sure we took care of before leaving and going to bed. Trevor come into your unit to “inspect” if you have done everything correctly. We had several encounters that were grossly unprofessional. He used offensive language and it was clear we were not welcome there. We travel to many countries and use booking services (successfully). We rent our own property, so we make sure to take care of other people’s spaces. And it’s just the right thing to do. lol. Book at your own risk. For the record we will not go back and forth with the host in comments. We have spoken our truth.

We had a really bad experience( our worst yet) but here are the pluses: The view is gorgeous The space is very spacious and well kept Close to many attractions

A wonderful stay was seriously diminished by the rude departure experience we had, which left us speechless. After asking for 20 mins grace regarding the departure time we were told in no uncertain terms that we could not stay a minute after 11 and that someone would be at our door at exactly that time to take our bags out. In the end we were 3 minutes over and were treated extremely rudely as a result which left a bad taste in the mouth. My recommendation would be that Trevor appoints someone else to deal directly with guests.
