The bathroom was quite tight. Although the beds seemed quite comfortable we slept badly. When it’s windy there are some creaking noises. I would have expected the place to be cleaned during our stay

It was very spacious and nicely decorated so we could get comfortable. Great location especially for Durbanville wine route

The communication was excellent. The room is spacious and has all you need for a short stay. Extra touches like milk in the fridge.

The room was maintained only Tuesdays and Thursdays 😔, I am a neat freak so that was a low point. Out of the two days that it was maintained, the one day I still found my dirty plate and glass I had used the previous night next to my bed side, had to tidy it up myself sad 😔. The bathroom basin was not washed , still with stains all around from the dirt that accumulated over the days when the room was not being maintained, yet the room was "cleaned" on the day. Apart from the above, all was 👍

The location was well positioned and easy drive in and out without heavy traffic in the morning. The cottage/loft was aesthetically pleasing, vintage and homely. The host was welcoming, friendly and very responsive to minor requests that made staying with her a good experience. 👍 The owner invested in a backup for loadshedding, you can carry on working 💪 even when there's loadshedding - stellar 👉.

Didn't realize breakfast option is available, it would appear one has to book it ahead of arrival - however booking.com don't have the option to include on their site when one makes the booking for accommodation.

Love the location - closeness to Majik Forest walk and acess to Wine Estate

The shower - if anyone opens the cold water tap you get burnt, even though there is a mixer.

The stairs going up to our room was too high and a bit dangerous one step wrong you can really fall and hurt yourself

A tanquil home-away-from-home in beautiful suburb with trees and views of Magic Forest and vineyards in the distance from the bedroom; and established trees to relax next to on the balcony while preparing an relaxing braai after a long day at work. Renee and her son were very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful area with ample parking and lots of outdoor spaces. The host upgraded me to a larger very spacious room. All the amenities you could dream of was available with a very large kitchen and rest area.

Nice unit, but the host holds back on all the facilities,if you want to shower you need to tell her so she can start the geyser,the microwave needs to be set and only the host knows how,no WiFi connection,cupboards for clothes was dirty, spider webs under the staircase ,host is rude when you complain, our 3 days we spent there,we had to ask for services that was promised,we left the property 3 days early because of the inconvenience we were put through.Even the pool,she only switched on the bubbles when we left,I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone
