Everything was exceptional, from arriving there up to departure. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the room was beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back and we can recommend it to anyone.

Ubers always complain to drive one there from the centre because it's about 41kms from Greenpoint. They think about return trips that they won't get clients. But it's got nothing to do with the service rendered by Capri

The place is far from the noise, the hustle and bustle of the city. I was in Cape Town to reflect and take part in the Cape Town Cycling Tour, so it was the perfect location and vibe for me..

It was extremely hot in the room, and there was only a small fan, no air conditioner and for the price I would have expected one.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well prepared. We loved dear Gladys and Gift, what special people to deal with, making all the difference.

The amenities (coffee, tea, cups and utensils) were unfortunately missing and had to be requested from one of the staff members. They were more than willing to assist. Apart from this, there were no other issues

Capri Sands is a one of a kind accommodation. Well located, beautiful views, friendly and accommodating staff that really looked after us from when we parked the car until we sadly had to leave after 2 nights to continue our trip further. There was no issues at all when we needed some assistance or something from them. The breakfasts were unique and delicious. There were some nice touches on our arrival and the first evening.

The welcoming drink was disappointing. No blockout curtains (woke up at 5am with the sun), no coffee machine as advertised. Paid double the price to include my spouse. They mixed up the foot and hand towels. The Shower gel is not lemon verbena as it says on the labels. They weren't ready for us when we arrived at the expected time. The garden below looks like a scrapyard. The lighting setup isn't great. The fact that it says luxury and doesn't hold to luxury standards.

We skipped breakfast and rather went to a place with a view and atmosphere to look at. The staff is very nice and sweet. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable.
