You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaFirstly, we had to go to the nearby shops so that we could be let in the establishment. 2nd, we were not given the password for the WiFi and there was no one at the reception desk when we went to ask for one. The password should at least be written in the rooms in case there is no one at the front desk. 3rd, my aircon did not work (and it was very hot). Lastly, there was no one (AGAIN) at the front desk when we checked out and we had to look around the property for someone to open the gates for us:(:(
The place was nice and quiet. It was fairly clean. The rooms a very spacious. The omelet was great at breakfast.

I wanted to be more in the countryside and didn't realise it was directly opposite the Village Mall, so there wasn't any view or garden to walk around in. The swimming pool had a moving robot cleaner thing inside, making a swim impossible.
Great size of room and good facilities in the room. The restaurant attached was good.

South AfricaDisappointment with my recent stay at Casa Bianca. I was looking forward to enjoying the pool area, which was a significant factor in choosing your Casa Bianca. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a situation where I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expected to be able to use common areas like the pool for a while after checkout. It was frustrating to repeatedly explain my situation to different staff members when there was no apparent reason for their concern. My wife and I were the only guests present and wasn’t causing any disturbance. The interaction with the representative was particularly upsetting. Her comment suggesting, I should have left earlier was incredibly disrespectful and insensitive. As a paying customer, I deserved better treatment. Feeling unwelcome and encountering rudeness despite being a paying guest can truly taint the overall experience. It’s important for Casa Bianca to prioritize hospitality and make guests feel valued even after their official checkout time. I hope you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving communication and customer service at Casa Bianca. Guests should feel appreciated and respected throughout their entire stay. If you would like more information about my experience, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I hope that my feedback will help you understand the areas needing improvement in your customer service policies.
