We checked in on a rainy season. The shower gets blocked. So while you are washing you stand in a pool of water

Kids have lots of slides and pools to play with. The kids' play area is big.

There is a bit of confusion when trying to find the location. We were directed to the facility in town. It would be a good idea to send a location pin once we book and pay

I was happy with the location. We did not meet the staff but the check-in once we found it was easy. It was very clean.

We arrived a bit late around 8pm, our check-in experience was horrible. There were no keys for some of the rooms and tents. We had to wait in the kitchen for more than an hour for someone to assist us with the keys.

The kids enjoyed the play area and pools so much. The braai spots were also amazing by the river. The tents as well as the main rooms were clean. We loved the kitchen as well glass-doors also, amazing area.

We were not informed that it was a gas stove and there was no matches or lighter so we had to go buy. A few minor issues with the room but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Will go again.

Shop is a bit expensive and not well stocked.

Very peaceful atmosphere. Alot of activities for the kids. Was such a great stay. Kids really enjoyed it! Oasis! Would definitely go again!

The housekeeping staff helped themselves to our food (kept in closed containers in the fridge).

The gravel road to the property was daunting.

Gorgeous place and very tranquil. The camping option is very much up my alley ☺️, will definitely usee it nextxt time.

The cleanliness was amazing, the facilities were well maintained, the only improvement could be the food served from the restaurant, the menu is limited.

No Wifi connectivity so struggle to work as I was not on leave.

The chalet was beautiful and clean. Had all the equipment we needed. Love the entertainment area. Kids loved swimming and sliding

We loved everything. It was such a wonderful experience, and there is so much to do for the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay. I'm not a supporter of caged wild animals on display and kept for breeding. The white lions are gorgeous, but I couldn't help wondering what will become of the welps?

The infamous swing over the river can only be accessed via the wedding & function venue - was looking forward to seeing it :-(

We absolutely loved this place. All staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in the Barracca - room was very clean and well equipped. Resort is very peaceful and not overcrowded. At the pool, you can relax and the waiters come to you. We would definitely visit again and recommend.

If I have to think hard, the only thing that was not perfect were the cushions, they were a bit hard and the toilet seat was a bit wonky.

The happy hippo waterpark was amazing! so much for the kids to do! It is so well maintained! Amazing wild animals to go see! swimming pools and play parks for kids everywhere! our Children were entertained the whole time! just lovely!

the facility must consider adding a Health and Beauty Spa

Scenery, wild- life and domestic animals on sight, and my kids had fun time visit the Lion family, goat family or just watching the Vaal river flow. the waterparks are well maintained, there trampolines, jungle gym; entertainment room at the pool side with tv plus DSTV, table soccer and snooker. there is automatic back-up for during loadshedding
