We got upgraded to Casa de la Presa due to maintenance work. These are simply amazing lodges (unit number 4 is perched on the waterhole. Jacques was attentive, welcoming and communicated exceptioanlly both before our arrival and during our time here.

Oh the scenery and tranquility is all you need to get away from your busy life and just have some peace and quiet,came back relaxed and it was a bonus that we were upgraded to the Casa de la Presa cause of the renovations taking place at Casa con vista

The setting. Natural environment with lots of animals to see. The giraffes were impressive. The host is accommodating and very friendly. The house is just oozing class.

Its away from shops, so when traveling there ensure that you have food and other basics.

The game drive was excellent however we didn't see all the animals but this is nothing to do with the owner or the place itself.

Pictures does not do the place best, it was more perfect than on pictures. The owner was so welcome, the staff, the place itself was clean and had everything we needed. On our arrival we didn't wait long at the gate to be attended, the pool was not clean on arrival however next morning the owner did attend to us with no hesitation. The bedroom beds was very comfortable My family really had a fantastic time definitely we will be back

Everything about this place was amazing. 10 out of 10. Host was super friendly , he offered us an upgrade for to casa de la presa guest house for the same value. The house has everything. Amazing scenery. The pool was super amazing . There’s absolutely nothing to not love. You just fall inlove the moment you walk inside . Very spacious too.definitely coming back soon

The approach included a few kilometers drive on a well maintained dirt road. Not an issue, but one has to know about it. We drove a rented small sedan - no issues whatsoever.

This review is written for international travelers: The property is located away from the main road, and might not be on the radar for international travelers (like us). We chose it as a single night stop on our way from the airport to Kruger National Park. We would HIGHY recommend it to travelers like us, especially families with kids. A unique chance to observe many different animals (mainly various antelopes, buffalos and giraffes) from the comfort of your terrace or private swimming pool. An excellent way to start a South African vacation (or end it on way to airport). Excellent hospitality and we felt very safe.

I could not find fault with anything

The hosts was very friendly and Helpful. The view in the morning with my Coffee was exceptional. Could not ask for better. The kitchen was fully equipped and was a joy to use

Very little not to like. Would have been cherry on cake to have a hand soap in the bathroom.

We self-catered. The kitchen facilities were superb. The setting is so beautiful and watching the animals from the back of the house is wonderful.

We all shared one bathroom as the other was not working.

The facility and enviroment. The property is well secured and clean. Looks exactly like on pictures. The host is amazing,ready to assist.
