Unit sleeps 4 people. 2 plate stove rusted. 1 coffee cup. 2 tsp. Broken cooking utensils. Key to unit did not work properly. At one stage we had to call security guard to come unlock from the outside after we arrived. In the early morning, we by mistake turned the key too far when my partner went out and we could not unlock the door again and battled for about 10min when we finally got door unlocked when we wanted to leave. One window could not open to allow more fresh air in. Supply a fan but no 2 pin plug supplied for fan. No curtain cover on shower window. Fridge made quite a bit of noise during the night..sounded like kettle being switched on regularly 😄

Bedding was clean and beds nicely made. Hot water available for a shower. Late check in and early check out was possible through the security guard. Supplied clean (old) towels and soap. Tea, coffee, sugar and cremora were supplied.

The room was a little bit small, there was no wardrobe to put in our clothes, no kitchen facilities like fridge and microwave. The heat was bad and we couldn't put in drinks and water to cool ourselves.

The location is good,loved comfortability of bed and bathroom is neat.

They could add a bit more to the rooms to make our stay comfortable like a brush to clean the toilet, 2 seater couch, a TV, the WiFi was not working, they should also clean thoroughly before the next guest comes.

The location was close to town, the place is quiet and peaceful and the staff was friendly.

Property upkeep need some attention. No proper office on site. Security concerns . No locked gate at night. .

1stly we booked a queen luxury room and we were given a queen comfy. I phoned the inn and was told it has a private en suite. Well I'm sure the place was only recently completed. The bedside cupboard has no handles as they were still inside the drawer. No chair to sit on There was no place to put our bags on. There was nowhere to hang towels after the shower. Nowhere to put bathroom goodies on. No mirror in the bathroom . No soap holder or hooks in the shower. Shower head facing the corner of the shower and made it very difficult to shower. The room was bare as the bathroom was. Only one bed one bedside cupboard and one very small square foot stool. No bedside lights nothing. No kettle or cups or glasses nothing. No bar fridge. One good thing is the bedding was lively clean and Smelt nice . One lovely fur pile blanket on the bed. One towel really small and a hand towel was provided and 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Tiles on the floor were lovely. Bathroom wall by toilet extremly rough. No bathroom door. Not to mention the fact that the bathroom ceiling was not completed.and this caused a bad cold draft through the bathroom to the room. The entrance door was also not fitted properly. We could see the light through the gaps right around the door. The door was cut high off the floor and a door stopper was used to cover this up and the cold wind that came through the door all night long straight onto the bed wasn't pleasant. The door handle was also broken. After I complained to the owners they sent security to came and tell us we could change rooms but we were already in bed and settled. I was not impressed at all. I'm sorry but in all honesty I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. Owner also said that Booking dot come made the mistake and not them . . I still have the whatsapp if you perphaps need to see this.

There was not one mirror in the unit. And a coffee table next to the beds where practicle would have made having cup of coffee less challenging. Our fridge was also making a horrible noise the whole time we where there.

There was a lot of cockroaches in the unit. The braai stand was not clean. There was no one to check us in....we had to phone. The cleaning staff assisted . The unit was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait. But we were given a comfortable place to sit while we waited.

Shared bathroom facility but the bathroom door lock broken, and cannot lock the bathroom door !!!!! . Woman alone sharing a bathroom with men, poses a major problem for me when you cannot even lock the bathroom/toilet door. The area the guesthouse is situated is not very nice, feels very unsafe outside. Would not recommend for a lady alone to book in at this guesthouse.

First of all I was liesd to. I asked how far the place was from the rank and I was told about 1km. Turns out it was over 4kms to walk with luggage. Loadshedding was on and I had to go buy my own candles and matches

The exterior is so not attractive. I even thought I was lost at some point. There is no TV in the Living room The wifi could connect but was not available The bed still had plastics on.
