We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandswe have had an amazing 3-night stay at the Charihandra game lodge. The accommodation was beautiful and the views were stunning. The host also made a booking for a game drive in addo. took us a while to get there but it was worth it. on our second day we had a relaxing day at the pool and the giraffes came out and one of them was even drinking out of the pool- it was an amazing experience. thank you for everything!

NetherlandsWe missed some kitchen utilities like a scissor or a bottle opener, but for the rest all good!
Lodges can be quite pricy, but the Charihandra Game Lodge offers a perfect pricy-quality combination. We were lucky enough to enjoy giraffes from a very close distance as well, and see other wildlife on the property during our 2 night stay. The lodges itself offer all you need and are very comfortable. We also had breakfast and dinner, and these are all prepared by two dedicated chefs (which are also serving the food) who give their everything to make you a nice meal. Can really recommend this lodge if you want to explore Addo’s and do game drives. 2 nights gives you enough time to enjoy both the accommodation and Addo’s, but for more exploration I would book an extra night or two to be able to do it all!

The super friendly staff during breakfast and dinner. Nice surprise visit of giraffe during breakfast one morning. We stayed here to drive to Addo Elephant park, which we would recommend.

Property was great. Chalet was comfortable and clean and fully equipped for self catering. Giraffe we’re near our chalet and staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Friendly and efficient staff. My wife & I had a blessed time at Charihandra on our 40th anniversary. She adds: "Chalet beautifully appointed and comfy bed with the best quality linen and towels. Will definitely go again". We spotted a Secretory Bird in flight, a Mongoose/Meerkat, a Kudu cow, and on the 2nd day a tower of Giraffes close by."

The accommodation was more than we expected. Friendly staff. They went out of their way to make our getaway romantic when they heard it was our wedding anniversary. Even supplied us with a bottle of sparkling wine and decorated our table for dining. The food was delicious and served by very friendly staff. Will definitely be going again and taking the family with next time.

NetherlandsWe expected to be able to have dinner at the location, however this was not possible. The chalet provided a well equipped kitchen to cook our own meals and restaurant was at 15 minutes ride.
Amazing place in the middle of African nature with the zebras and other animals around. Warm welcome, beautifull place, comfortable chalet with private braai place and a bacon for amazing views. The kids loved playing with the dog and the pool was nice (cold due to winter time of course).

NetherlandsHow to get there. Information was send a few hours before arriving and we did not have internet on the way. So better received it at least a day before arriving. We waited 40 minutes at the gate and no one was answering the intercom and phone! The water was brown and feels smoothly on your skin.
Nice comfortable cottage. Spacious and nice view. Close to Addo Elephant Park. Breakfast and dinner was perfect.
