The furniture can use some updating (start with couches, etc) we also would put mosquito screens on the windows. Great breeze kept the apartment cool at night. These minor issues would not prevent us from staying here again. It was a great stay.

The location is superb ! Across from a vineyard and 5 minute drive from Franzshhoek right in the stretch of all the vineyards in wine country! The unit was a charming 2d floor spacious apartment with an honesty fridge-bar that was very convenient. The kitchenette was big and had a gas stove perfect for use during the power outages. The dogs were super friendly and well behaved, and yes there are croaking sounds at night from the pond, oddly relaxing - lol-.our hosts were awesome and solved the issues promptly. We felt well cared for.

Everything! Warm welcome, we'll set up facility, including power during loadshedding!! Honesty fridge bar and washing was great....dirty washing sorted on a long road trip is a real bonus. Excellent facilities, felt like home from home. Highly recommended.

The host was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, which made me feel right at home. It was great to have some furry friends around, and it added to the homey feel of the place. The apartment was spacious and clean. The amenities were good, too, with everything I needed to make myself comfortable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

We had a wonderful stay. Owners/staff where all super friendly and helpful. The lights and television even work during loadshedding which was a nice surprise. Location is awesome close to plenty of great wine farms and even breweries. Views from the property itself is also very nice with the dogs playing in the pond. The honesty bar is also a nice touch if you happen to run out of something. The place is as good if not better than the description. Can not recommended it more. You won't be disappointed.

I loved everything about our unit! It was spacious and very comfortable. The bed had an electric blanket which was a bonus on a cold night! The property is positioned between Leopard's Leap and La Motte wine farms! We could walk to the properties for our wine tasting! Chevandeaux is excellent value for money too! We would definitely want to visit again.

The house is very close to the road, so the road noise can be a bit of a disturbing in the early morning.

The host was very welcoming, and the unit was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and the Honesty bar was a nice touch.

At the very most - anti-mosquito precautions. They were bothering my partner the whole night. But all in all, nothing to complain about!

We loved the sound of the gentle croaking of frogs in the pond at night and the pond itself, feeling safe because of the dogs, loved the honesty bar and really enjoyed that we were able to Screencast our netflix/showmax account to the TV. Huge bath, washing machine facilities, the UPS that keeps the wifi, TV and wall lights on during loadshedding, and picking strawberries! Oh, and Marelize - exceptional hostess!
