We had an overnight stay at the Cinnamon country cabin. Matty and her son Juliann were exceptional hosts. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail created a unique charm to the cottage. It had all the amenities of a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay very much:)

The hosts put out age appropriate toys for my little boy which was a lovely gesture. The cabin was so warm and accommodating. Even had a calming aroma to it. Had all the amenities that one would need. The mom and son hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. They really went out of their way to make our stay a special one. We will definitely be back and recommend everyone to stay there.

The cabin is beautiful. Everything is absolutely perfect. From the menus of local restaurants, to extra blankets against the cold. It is close enough to walk to the main street, which is really nice. Even the rumbling train added a certain charm.

Matty and her son Julian were such lovely hosts who kept up such good communication.I stayed in the Sage cabin , and the pictures did not do it any justice. It's an absolute gem of a place. I really liked the decor and finishing touches, i.e. the electric blankets as Dullstroom can get very cold. I also liked its location and how close yet far away it is from the town. They also have menu's of the towns restaurants, which I truly appreciate.

We weren’t prepared for it to be so cold at night - if there is load shedding and the blanket doesn’t work it is very cold. We would be more prepared next time!

Very pleasant lodge, immaculate inside. Very comfortable and good parking. Host is very communicative and sent us good directions to get there and recs for dinner. We were welcomed on arrival.

Booked a unit with a hot tub as advertised, but there wasn't one, which was a bit dissappointing.

Gets very cold in Dullstroom so a heater would be nice, but the bed has an electric blanket which was lovely. The road getting to the cabins is a dirt road and is very bumpy, but not a train smash to get in and out

The property was situated toward the back of Dullstroom within easy walking distance of the dam. The walk to and from town was a nice way to start and end the day. Mattey and Julian were great hosts.

The only thing missing was a fan. Either ceiling / room fan since the cabins get very warm on a sunny day.

The Hosts - a mother and son Team - were tentative and welcoming. The cabins were well equipped and tastefully decorated. Fresh flowers in the rooms and little sweets. Bathroom and lounge were spacious. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for peace and quiet from busy city-life. We loved our stay and definately want to come back.

Lovely accommodation for a couple for a gateway. The cabin was equipped with everything you need and more. :) Service was great, place is close to all amenities and restaurants. Thanks Matty and Julien! :)

The amazing mother and son management team make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive to the wave goodbye. It is glaringly obvious that a lot of love and attention has gone into the decor and overall feeling of the units. The decor is a refreshing mix of modern and Dullstroom country. Cinnamon and Sage is well suited for a one-night business stay over to a weekend away with the family, situated 3 mins from the all the fantastic eat out options on offer in Dullstroom.

Information could be provided about how to use the TV, whether the restaurants in the village provide delivery services etc.

The cabin is newly fitted with necessary facilities; bathroom towels are plush and thoughtful touches in decor and amenities were provided.
