Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWhen we moved our beds we found toenails on the carpet. Our room was at the end of the corridor and had a mouldy smell. We didn't realise we had to navigate such a bad area to get to Grand West.
Very good, comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Helpful reception staff. The fact that they kept a suitcase of ours for a week while we went to a game park. Very convenient having casino restaurants right on the doorstep. Very quiet and best night sleep we had while in South Africa.

South AfricaThe shower doors did not close properly. As a non smoking couple we had smokers in rooms around us which made it rather unpleasant. . Bed duvet cover seams were coming apart in places. Main door and surrounding rooms had to be slammed to close and noisy ,so sleep was interrupted all the time.
Location is always great. Staff is always friendly and service is great. Rooms are neat and tidy. Breakfast always a champion.
