We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaAll the facilities close at 8pm. You cannot do anything after that time. Even the games room is closed. You aren't even allowed to sit in the pool area. Considering the amount that you pay this is very disappointing. It rained all day Saturday when we arrived so finally when the rain did stop we took a walk to the pool. It was 8:05pm and we were asked to leave the pool area. We were just looking around. How ridiculous!! The sofas are extremely old and uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced

South AfricaWe were robbed of our personal possessions while sleeping on the last night. Someone broke into our unit and stole cellphones, wallets, handbags and laptops. Beware: there is no electric fence and bad guys can easily enter the units by lifting the sliding doors off the rails even when locked.

South AfricaThe general manager was very rude an abrupt. She kept watching people when they were outside using the pool and game facilities. She rudely told us that a 9 year old can not play on the kids jungle gym and that kids can not use the pool table. They also charged us R100 non refundable amount to get the pool queue, golf sticks and ball and bats for table tennis.
I liked that it was clean and had good facilities and it was close to stores, the helpers who clean daily are very friendly.

South AfricaUnit was not as clean. Air-con remotes had dead batteries. The 1 room had a major damp issue. You could smell the discomfort of the dampness in the room. Kids playroom was not great! Trampoline was out of order. No sea view. Kitchen utensils poor.
