We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaCoffee shop breakfast was not good however we will just self cater our breakfast or pop into Waffle House for breakfast next time. It was not a deal breaker.
The porter in particular was so very friendly, really went the extra mile and was a pleasure to have interacted with. The gentleman from the reception desk was also very welcoming and amazing. Very eager to help us and made special arrangements for us at the last minute. That special arrangement made our stay everything I has expected and the willingness to help was exceptional.

South AfricaThe apartment was quite cold on the night we arrived and the air con did not have a heating option.
Room was sea facing with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Short walking distance with access to the gate to the beach. Had a lovely chat with the female security personnel at the gate upon arrival. Very thorough Covid protocol in check in. The apartment was impeccably clean with the kitchen cupboards open to display all available cutlery and crockery.

South AfricaThe DSTV and WiFi were not working in our unit, however they did try to fix it promptly. Our unit did not have partial sea view as advertised on booking.com. Should rather call that a garden unit. Bed mattresses were too soft for me.
Well equipped kitchen. Spa, huge heated pool, squash and tennis court. Best is proximity to beautiful beach, tidal pool. Free filtered water and ice. Secure and well organized complex. Clean. Lots of sanitizer spray. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for family holidays.

South AfricaDue to the weather this past week it rained quite a bit which caused the roof to leak . We brought it to the hotels attention and they advised they couldn't fix it . We were then asked to repack all of our belongings and relocate to a lower floor. Having 4 kids and quite a lot of luggage it was an inconvenience . For such a nice facility this was a bit disappointing.
I liked the fact that shops and facilities were conveniently close and the beach was a walk away .
