The carpets in the rooms are old and gives an impressions of being used. Some of the furniture are also old and material is loosening I did not see a list of items to be confirmed as normally expected

no cleaning services - if i want to get away i want to be relaxing not cleaning up after myself. i have been to many resorts and hotels during COVID and they provide this service still.

Coffee shop breakfast was not good however we will just self cater our breakfast or pop into Waffle House for breakfast next time. It was not a deal breaker.

The porter in particular was so very friendly, really went the extra mile and was a pleasure to have interacted with. The gentleman from the reception desk was also very welcoming and amazing. Very eager to help us and made special arrangements for us at the last minute. That special arrangement made our stay everything I has expected and the willingness to help was exceptional.

The pool wasn't heated and we booked this resort so that the kids could swim. We were not notified that the heated pool facilities was out of order. Kids were very disappointed when we arrived to swim and the pool was freezing

I owe reception R40 for jacuzzi I was inside paying it but the way the guard made it seem as we are rogues because he never let my hubby vehicle out we came with 2 vehicles and we took 2 apartments that was very disappointing for me

The apartment was quite cold on the night we arrived and the air con did not have a heating option.

Room was sea facing with a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Short walking distance with access to the gate to the beach. Had a lovely chat with the female security personnel at the gate upon arrival. Very thorough Covid protocol in check in. The apartment was impeccably clean with the kitchen cupboards open to display all available cutlery and crockery.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, from the securities to the receptionist, every staff member I came across with. The entire apartment is very clean and they comply with Covid19 regulations.

The DSTV and WiFi were not working in our unit, however they did try to fix it promptly. Our unit did not have partial sea view as advertised on booking.com. Should rather call that a garden unit. Bed mattresses were too soft for me.

Well equipped kitchen. Spa, huge heated pool, squash and tennis court. Best is proximity to beautiful beach, tidal pool. Free filtered water and ice. Secure and well organized complex. Clean. Lots of sanitizer spray. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for family holidays.

Carpet in main bedroom smells bad. The showerhead in 2nd bathroom is not working well.

Overall it was good.....spacious, gardens very neat, nice facilities.

Due to the weather this past week it rained quite a bit which caused the roof to leak . We brought it to the hotels attention and they advised they couldn't fix it . We were then asked to repack all of our belongings and relocate to a lower floor. Having 4 kids and quite a lot of luggage it was an inconvenience . For such a nice facility this was a bit disappointing.

I liked the fact that shops and facilities were conveniently close and the beach was a walk away .
