A bit too noisy in general, both from the hotel pool area and the surrounding area...but i guess that's the downside of being right in the heart of Margate.

Spacious rooms, large balcony with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, central location within walking distance to all restaurants. Property has generators so NOT affected by load shedding...BIG BONUS!

We were disappointed that there was no longer a games room, yet it was advertised as being there. My kids were looking forward to it, only to be disappointed when we had arrived. I wish they would not advertise something that is no longer there.

Children’s play area/jungle gym had seen better days. no good for a 2yr old. could do with a nee jungle gym and swings that would have made the stay all the better.

Having to call reception a number of times for towels to be delivered to our room, no cleaning services during the weekend had to hijack and pay the cleaning lady to help us in our unit. Getting only hand towels instead of bath towels was really not good.

2 lifts service the building which is only an issue during peak hours of the day. The towels need some tlc, we had to request bath towels as there were none in the room, only to be issued with more hand towels. Tv remote given was not even for the tv in our unit, its a smart TV so used my phone.

Fabulous location and breathtaking views Ideally located around restaurants, grocery stores, slots so there is barely any need to drive out for anything. Good parking system, no1 can scratch your car and away. Fully equipped kitchen with the only the best things

The furniture is still old school and the mat in the smaller rooms wasn’t that clean (it had a smell).

The apartment is great for family and has everything one needs to make the stay a stress free one, it’s home away from home.

The geyser water in room 502 gets cold after the second person showers. Plumbing in the apartment needs attention - Shower cloggs up with water and seeps through the shower door, which in turn wets the entire floor. The tub needs a shower curtain/ shower door which will eliminate water from splashing all over the floor.

The hospitality and friendly staff..location, view as well as the hotel itself. Very comfortable. Value for money. Will definitely recommend family and friends to stay at this establishment.
