Booking.com was useless my card failed in the original transaction and they repeatedly hassled me despite me resolving the issue with hotel

The dirt road is a bit rough and some areas need to be smoothed out. The swimming pool was freezing cold, it would be a huge plus if it was heated even just a few degrees.

Lots of activity for all the family, well equipped chalet, beautiful views, the activity card was very good value for money. Friendly and accommodating staff.

We were in Chalet 16, it doesnt make sense that there isnt two showers available...its just a matter of mounting the hand shower higher. We were 6 adults, it was a bit inconvenient

Most staff not cheerful at all Especially at Reception Don’t even think about asking for a change in anything cause it’s a straight I can’t do anything for you. When we booked we asked for a water side chalet and said it would be booked, when we arrived we were placed towards the top of the mountain chalets, when asking it was said that it is what was allocated we never tell you it’s confirmed for a water chalet and there is nothing we can do. Nancy at the Spa was amazing and so is the water sports that was offered. On a busy weekend like Easter the shops and Restaurant close at certain times so if you don’t plan you get caught without food, especially people who come away not to cook.

Location and spacing of different chalets allowed for privacy. Great views of the dam and surrounding mountains. Excellent response time to dealing with unexpected issues.

Weather did let us down as it was raining most of our stay which led to us not able to complete the boat cruise. Housekeeping maybe needs a tad bit more training as some beds were made up by the guests and they were not touched by housekeeping. Suggestion to accommodate more Indian travelers is to have more vegetarian options on the menu.

Everything was superb from the moment of arrival. The staff, services, restaurant and facilities were impeccable with knowledge and modernization. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Great laughter, great smiles and friendly staff is what I definitely look forward to on my next stay at Qwantani.

Beautiful views, mountains, nature,amazing dam.Rooms neat, comfortable beds,Nice welcome at the reception,friendly staff,we saw sprigboks kundu s,therapeutic environment ,we enjoyed our stay ,we played different games,tennis,coursy swimming pool,intertainment,food was devine,lovely restaurant and great waitresses very friendly people,speaking zilu,sotho,english and afrikaans very accomodating we felt welcomed.Beautiful dam view from our chalet and beutiful scenario ,birds singing,at night saw an owl amazing everything was perfect. Definitely coming back,what a lovely, peaceful place.

The road to the property is a nightmare. No provision of electricity cuts. No wifi in the units.

The apartment allocated to us faced the dam and it was close enough to the reception. Very spacious apartments with very well equipped kitchen. It has swimming pool, squash n tennis courts. The scenery is stunning.

The 20km long sand road to get there. Microwave not very powerful. Leaking tub which was fixed on request. Waitress at the restaurant not friendly until we forced it out of her.

Properties are pet friendly and I don’t think they were cleaned well. My daughter went to sleep and was bitten by a tick in the bed

We didn’t have electricity due to cable theft which wasn’t their fault. Horseback riding was the best. We all felt safe the whole time. Thumbs up to Kabelo. Please just get real bridle for some of the horses. We will definitely return.
