The cutlery & crockery didnt match but we lived with it. The cleanliness was quite poor e.g. the Couch was not clean. Cushions needed a wash. The Rug was dirty however Chris sorted this out for us. Also the oven & Extractor not clean and again Chris came to the rescue. What an asset you have in him.

The location was OK. The Pool area was very good. The Apartment was comfortable. The Whatsapp communication was excellent. Chris, the Maintenance man, was outstanding. The view was better than we expected. Security was excellent. Great to have a Gym on site. The walks were great.

The way that security spoke with us when we arrive telling us we must teach our to read where else there was no email telling us about the location of our room but then at the end of the day we we settled in very well.

Everything in the house furniture is perfect and in good condition. I loved the tour to the beach though it was scary but great experience ever... definitely coming back soon.

They should bring more toiletries like Toilet paper, toilet spray, refuse bags, more towels and more sheets especially if you booked for more than 3 days.

The place was super awesome, nice and quite. The view from the balcony, you can see the Sea side. I liked Wi-Fi, the smart TV with All channels. It was a good value for money I must say.

They place was not dirty, the stuff provider like the utensils and pots and pans were filthy. The aircon remotes and TV remote didn't have batteries and the one remote that had batteries didn't even work. There were a lot that could of been improved or could of been better but our overall stay was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

It was spacious and comfortable. Nice homey environment for friends or family. It had 3 balconies which had a great view and perfect for having a braai.

We were missing a sense of hospitality. -Before check-in, we received a very long message with instructions: check-in is quite complicated (ask for a security code, pass security, sign-up at a concierge‘s desk, collect keys in a box) -AirCon not working due to no batteries in remotes. We requested to provide batteries but were only told that it’s a self-catering apartment, explaining to us what that means. Batteries for the AirCon are part of the apartment and need to be provided or replaced by the host. -Although it’s a self-catering apartment, we would find it nice to provide some basics, such as some more toilet paper, a kitchen sponge, and bin bags -Poor WiFi connection -We received three very long messages in total, all urging us to check-out by 10am at the latest. This seems unnecessary to mention over and over during the stay. -cleanliness: long hair in the shower and hand-towels need to be replaced -It was mentioned in an email, that shower gel, sun cream and shampoo is provided. However, non of which was actually provided. -Four power cuts during our four day stay (each a couple of hours). With some improvements, a greater sense of hospitality and guest service, this could be - in our personal opinion - a good place to stay.
