Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaI wished that the place had an installed air-conditioner , that lil fan was just too small for hot days...and the 204 channel for soccer wasn't available for my boyfriend to watch a match😒
My boyfriend and I enjoyed the quietness and coziness of the place. It was really neat and beautifully decorated with everything you need for cooking, pots and cutlery all clean. Sea breeze!!!

Wonderful atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to be near the coast, and this place surely brings such serenity.

United StatesNo A/C, only 1 for the whole cottage (in the bedroom), no insect screens on windows or doors, and sheer curtains in the front of the cottage meant no true privacy outside of the bedroom. No door on the bathroom meant smells could escape and linger, and 1 ply toilet paper is usable, but less than ideal. Keys were bent and did not fit smoothly into locks or turn cleanly.

South AfricaThe property was advertised as having free wifi, which was an important part of our required criteria. However, the wifi was sporadic and unreliable. We had to use phone data most of the time. This is the reason I have checked the box for "did not meet our expectations".
The property was private and quiet. The location was exactly right.

This should be part of the money which we pay for the booking please Me having to stay the whole time with yhe same sheets and towels didn't make me feel good at all.
