Could not recommend this place enough. The owner Glen and his wife are absolutely lovely. We only met them briefly when we got the keys, pure good vibes right away. The apartment is honestly perfect, it has absolutely everything you need and we couldn't believe the attention to detail and little extras that they provide like milk in the fridge for your morning coffee or tea (all provided). Several jars filled with SA crisps, candy, cookies - so sweet. Fridge also had eggs and a bunch of other things. We of course forgot our toothpaste - but also that was provided. Honestly, above and beyond and not something I've experienced before. The bed and pillows are perfect, best sleep we both had in a while! Location is super, with a great restaurant right on the corner for great wine in the evening and delicious coffee and breakfast in the morning. Do yourself a favor and stay here - you won't regret it! Thank you again Glen!!

Attention to details !! Superb , little extras like yogurt and eggs and fruit provided. Abundance of towels, linen and bed so comfortable. Wood was provided for fireplace and Morso fireplace was stunning as we had rain and was chilly.

the property was so tastefully decorated to a very high standard the use of space was amazing with every facility available. The living area/ kitchen was well thought out like stepping into a newly decorated cottage ! Well thought out and designed obviously well looked after and cherished by the host Nicole who couldn’t have been more helpful on checking in ! Great restaurant recommendations too loved it great place to stop over on our amazing cape-town adventure ! would definitely recommend !

The front windows don’t open and the back door doesn’t have a security gate, so we didn’t want to leave it open when we slept. So it was a little warm, but nothing serious.

Beautifully decorated with all the necessities to stay for a few days. We were very grateful for the washing machine and drier and made a lovely meal one night in the well equipped kitchen (just needed some large spoons to dish up, otherwise everything was there). We walked down to the cafés for breakfast and perfect location for exploring the main road of Kalk Bay - so many gorgeous shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, galleries!! We’re a family of four, with two teenage girls who are not easy to impress… they LOVED the cottage! Very instagrammable!!

Everything was perfect.

The place is just stunning - every room is beautifully decorated. The attention to detail was incredible. Flowers in every room, fresh fruit and rusks, different milks, oils and salts in the kitchen. Just amazing. And such friendly and thoughtful hosts!

Parking was a bit problematic. No available parking on arrival. Make sure you can parallel park on a hill in a very narrow road.

Ooh la la....this place just exceeded all our expectations. The location is prime, the decor & styling were very tastefully done. All the additional touches, scented candles, chocolates, fruit, Nespresso etc, made it feel like home away from home. Glen thought of everything. Wish we could stay longer

Glen communicated prior to our arrival, with a friendly welcome handed over the keys. The apartment is beautiful decorated and clean! I love the quirky details and all the personal touches. The care to leave extra bits makes it very special. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. There’s a back-up power supply for the tv and Wi-Fi should there be load-shedding. We were down the road from the harbour and next to so many great eateries. It’s definitely a vibe. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again. Thanks Glen
