The walkway on the side that everyone uses makes this unit less private. The plug in the kitchen sink needs to be replaced, completely the wrong size.

Staff present and available when needed. Lights all around in the garden. We couldn't find wood in town, messaged Melanie, we were able to help ourselves with wood that was available at the property. We got an upgrade due to a long stay booking in our original unit.

WiFi in the flat was very poor. Could only access from a single room and that also fell over at times. Management tried to get it fixed, which worked for a couple of hours but then died again.

Lovely flat, beautiful views, loved the bathroom set up. Safe parking on site. Tea, coffee and rusks were provided.

Only thing I could possibly moan about was that the pillows in the main room were a bit soft...

Beautiful house,with stunning views, kitted out with everything you could possibly need... Walking distance to beach and rock pool...Zillah was very accommodating and helpful..

Perhaps only the alarm that was switched off at 7am. It is quite loud so you do wake up hearing it . However, we were already planning to be awake so that was no bother. In addition, the roads do have a few potholes and if you enter from Wild Coast - waze directed us onto dirt roads so drive carefully and safely.

Situated in Coffee Bay - the Cottages are perfectly located near restaurants and are beautifully designed. We were pleasantly surprised by how modern the interior design was. Our room was so peaceful and we experienced some light rain which added to our ambience. The hosts were amazing- and always responded promptly to our requests or messages.

The apartment is well equipped. The host was great and helped with us with booking a guide for the hike to hole in the wall. Location is great and within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

The roads in the EC is something to keep count of and one has to include it in your travel time (it took us 2 hours to drive from Cottages@20 to the N2) navigating the potholes in the road

The hostess (Melanie) was very helpful getting our list of groceries because we were not going to get there in time for the shops to be open. She gave some great recommendations to do the activities in the area and we got to do amazing site-seeing adventures. The accommodation was top class and very comfortable. Melanie came to check in on us daily - and asked if we need anything. Her hospitality was top-class

perfect place to experience Coffee Bay area from- we had a lovely 3 night stay, comfortable and cozy, felt at home with more than we needed. Safe and secure and beautifully decorated and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Close to beach, restaurants and nature, fully equipped kitchen makes self catering easy. Super stable internet, and they have solar panels, so are rarely affected by load shedding. Lovely bath/shower products, there's even a small plunge pool. We had two units, a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom, all with double beds. We travelled 5 together as a group of friends, two slept on the couches in the units, extra bedding was provided without any issues at all. There are dogs on site, all three super friendly, Rupert will bark whenever he sees you, but he's the sweetest doggo. Great communication with Melanie throughout and before the stay, which always is appreciated. Can only recommend this as a great place to hang out and relax or maybe even do some digital nomading. Please be aware of the weather before you arrive. We arrived after a really bad flood, which affected conditions very much and roads and bridges had been washed away. Definitely need 4-wheel drive when the car is packed/loaded to the brim as ours was, it was pot holes and dirt roads. 😁
