The balcony wall either needs to be scrubbed clean or painted. The black stain put us all off and made it look dirty. The shower also needs attention. After showering there is water all over the floor. Broken ironing board as well as the portable washing line. The tile behind the bath tub mixer needs to be sorted, it looks untidy.

I liked the location, staffs are friendly even the owner. Nice and quiet area.

The main door to the unit was hard, heavy, and noisy. The curtains(short) of sliding door to balcony and blinds(broken) of main bedroom are not sufficiently closing.

The area is secure. The basement parking is clean and secure boom n gate controll access. The door facilities into the building are securely protected by access card authentication. It is a beautiful place and with a balcony for entertainment view. And it is close to shopping centers plus the beach.

We were unable to get the keys as the apartment had ''some maintenance'' done. we were asked to move into two separate apartments in different buildings. We were travelling with kids and it was so hard to move in between the two buildings. Organizing food was a night mare, had to wake up early to go check on the kids, then we had to move luggage from these two apartments to this one. The parking bay that was allocated to us had a car parked on it so we had to park on random available spaces. However, the host was very polite and apologetic about the whole situation but that still doesn't make up for the inconvenience an ruined holiday. The smell of the apartment, very stuffy and humid. The apartment its self was not that bad but the smell ruined everything, our bedroom (main bedroom) was the worst. The place was clean but the smell made it feel like it was dirty. And to be fair when we arrived we could smell the detergents since it had just been cleaned but after a few hours it was just bad. There is just not enough ventilation.

Great location, right at the harbor, easy access to the beach, close proximity to uShaka Marine, the view from the apartment was great. One could sit on the balcony and stare at nothing.
