The fact that at breakfast, we were asked to pay for 2 American coffees, “because you only get filter coffee with a free breakfast. Well Norman, we think that is outrageous.The fact that your receptionist was flying around to get PERMISSION to give us that coffee is outrageous and made us wonder if Booking.com knew about this. It frankly soured our view of what was otherwise a good experience. We can only hope that a decision for Booking.com travellers (we’re 3rd level genius) don’t face this situation again. The breakfast itself was scant,we even had to ask for yoghurt to be brought out. What was described as Muesli was nothing like seen on supermarket shelves. We weren’t very impressed by the breakfast staff - very different from the restaurant evening staff who were very much more customer orientated.

We were delighted by the male member of staff who on duty on our arrival,who, was very attentive and was an excellent host. We were offered the opportunity to change rooms, the honeymoon suite, although tempting, we decided was too far away from the main building (luggage needed carrying) the alternative was great (the room SANI) was incredible and very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was extremely good.

Ntate Morena called me when the time that I had promised to check in passed. the staff that was on duty that night i the restaurant also were out of this world. it was so peaceful that I even manged to sleep upto 1030hrs.( which I NEVER do.)

The service at breakfast was bad, staff seemed not interested in serving guests. We had to eventually do things ourselves, no cutlery provided, when ask for it they didnt bring it. When you order food it comes different to what youve ordered.

The restaurant is cozy and intimate but the service is very slow and we waited a very long time for our orders.

Very spacious unit with bath and shower. Facilities is beautifully kept, loved the wild birds singing all the time! Little paradise, will definitely go back again if in the area!

we were in the honeymoon suite which was lovely. on arrival we were put in the wrong room which where brought to their attention was immediately resolved the staff were amazing. the bird life in the garden was fabulous. a little gem in the middle of nowhere
