We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff got out of their way to satisfy our request for self catering. The rooms are very comfortable and set in a wonderful garden with a very nice swimming pool. Friendly bar. And last but not least: the massage was wonderful!

Located among fields and old houses. Staff er super friendly and the beds are super comfy with electric blankets. No foods available as of now, but they are constructing a kitchen and a restaurant. I had a pleasant stay.

They made an error via the payment on their side because they did not follow bookings.com rules and I asked them to please double check but they treated me like I was taking them for a ride. I had to call bookings.com myself to tell them to call the property. Bookings.com called them and they were able to rectify the mistake. I received no apology whatsoever even after I had been told to print my bank statements and given a lesson on the difference between “reserved” and “paid” It was terrible customer service and I told them several times to make sure on their end because the money had gone through on my end.

South AfricaRoom is in need of a touch of maintenance. Shower head is old and not in the best shape and the door does not close. Bilnds don't work too well. Bathroom barn doors are not easy to open or close. Gutters are leaking and cause a slippery spill right at the stairs leading to our room. There was no one available at reception to check out.
Room was large. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the ducks and peacocks.

We have seen that the place was already being prepared for us and that says you take care of ur clients... other staff wearing their smile everytime and every where makes us feel free. The spa ausi Libuseng was 👌👌👌❤ she likes what she is doing and she makes me wants to come again. All in all the place s perfect for my birthday celebration forever🙏🙏🙏
