We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was spacious, modern and very well appointed. The view over the sea was breathtaking. Within short walking distance from number one rated restaurant in Langebaan along the boardwalk. Breakfast was very good, in fact this has been an overall exceptional experienced to be recommended without any reservations.

South AfricaThe duvet did not feel as luxurious as did the rest of the apartment. There was a bar with a cocktail list but bartender off duty according to reception even though it was weekend - Saturday evening. The bar was also not very well stocked as there was uncertainty as to whether there were beers available to buy.
We had a beautiful view from the sea facing room we were in & a very romantic bathroom with a huge oval bath. The sound of the waves from our room was quite sensational. Breakfast was really delicious & staff went out of their way to please. I will definitely visit Crystal Lagoon Lodge again. It is part of a security estate, has a lovely boardwalk just above the beach & there were restaurants that we could meander along to. The Mykonos Casino is also close by.
