I know they are busy renovating the balcony roofs. But when it started to rain the whole balcony was under water. But we did not mind because it was too cold to stay outside. I was just thinking not to put any persons in unit 107 until it was not fixed.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, enough blankets and towels etc. Loved the fireplace and cosines.

They did not explain how to actually get into the chalet, and they had to come and let us in! Which they did promptly.

Most of the units we've stayed in need some minor repairs, but they're always improving stuff. The last unit had a brand new roof on the veranda.

The location, the wildlife, the quiet vibe, it's always an awesome experience.

The place is easily accessible. We did not eat breakfast from the restaurant. We opted to cooking food in our unit because it is a self-catering unit. Oh, they have gas stove incase of load sheading

Very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and mostly the views from all rooms, spectacular. Seeing the wild life roaming around was an absolute treat. Special mention to Lefera Restaurant and Jandre made our 21st wedding anniversary extra special. Thank you to the staff at the resort and the restaurant. Hope to see you soon.

We had booked as a party of four requiring three rooms and were initially put in accommodation that required a car to get between the two locations. This was remedied when we arrived, but if booking make sure that it is understood that you are catering as a group and need to be close.

Crystal Springs covers a very large area and is well maintained with a lot of outdoor facilities and in a spectacular location with a wonderful view from the lodges/apartments. The actually accommodation was very well equipped and comfortable and easy to self cater. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

The monkeys 😂, the long checklist was like writing a test.

The room layout and peaceful environment just being next to nature seeing the wildlife so close, I'm so glad it was just bucks and not lions😂🫣. The spa therapist could improve on the massage techniques (pressure - like asking if it's as required) but overall it was good.

Unit 132 steep steps to entrance where the handrail is too thick to grip. Our timing with regard to the weather. The silver wattle seems to be spreading particularly in the steam beds. The fact that the black wattle and eucalyptus plantations do not appear to be managed on a silviculture and profit basis. The spread of exotic and declared noxious weeds into the natural areas.

Enjoyed the meals, liked the scenery, enjoyed game sightings.

The connecting rd from the main rd to the gate is not good, it must be paved. The restaurant service was not up to standard, they seemed to be under staffed and we had to wait for up to an hour for an order. Try to introduce buffet when you envisage lots of guests. However the Manager was really on his feet to ensure customer care.

I enjoyed the games like Bingo, the location of the lodge is excellent. The spa is top of the range, with highly trained staff, they're on top of their game

Check list was a bind! but prosumably required

nice location, balcony was nice. Zebras on the grass. As we only stayed 1 night we didn't use pool but it looked nice. Restaurant was good with a good menu, staff very friendly. There was an extensive list of room content which ranged from the pictures on the wall down to knives and forks which had to be returned to reception with 2 hours of arrival. which we thought went abit too far I couldn't see why pictures and curtains etc would need to be included but then again maybe other guests had removed said items. On check out, reception couldn't refund the room deposit until the room had been checked by staff to ensure everything was still in situ.
