I was in room 304 and the WIFI did not work, it said no internet, I think it was probably switched off. The bedding was not completely clean, the pillow cases had mold. The bathroom door could not close, it was broken. The curtains in the room (bed room window) were dirty. The towels were too old and had stains.

I booked online and I made a mistake and realized I got the dates wrong. I called the Hotel to change the dates which was so last minute, a few hours before check in. The guy by the name of Syanda assisted me so well, he made sure my booking was changed and he was really nice, I met him when checking out. I was happy to see him and he was also nice without realizing I was the person he was assisting on the phone.

I couldnt microwave my food because I was told the Manager has locked the kitchen and he will come back later. i ended up eating cold food. In the morning i couldnt iron my clothes because of the guest took the iron and i waited for 30 minutes with success and no plan was made by the Manager.

i didnt have breakfast. the room was equal to the price. it was good.

Room furniture was very broken and dilapidated. Room was very small but we understood for the price. Wifi did not reach our room as we were too far for signal and the receptionist said to move us to a smaller room if we wanted the wifi to connect which was disappointing as we booked here for the free wifi. Did not receive towels or toiletries in the room had to go fetch it myself from reception at 9pm as they forgot after i called for it. No other TV channels worked besides MNet Movies and SABC1. Other rooms were very rowdy we could hear everything. Communication is abit difficult, we were on level 2 so I had to call the landline at reception from my cellphone to get ahold of them for anything. The pictures online did not look like our room, especially the bed.

The cleaning staff I had were very good and so friendly and the thin male black receptionist (apologies to describe him but i didnt get his name) only. He was perfect so friendly and super helpful compared to the other receptionists. The reception area was nice and neat and the fact that they had a lift was good. Aircon worked fine. We didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked very nice and neat. They allowed us to check out an hour later which was very nice. Our cleaning lady brought me extra pillows on day 2 which was so sweet and made it comfortable as well as a mat for the bathroom this only on day 2, on arrival we did not have anything.

Very uncomfortable stay , not happy at all with my visit . Room wasn't clean at all . Bathroom taps and holders all loose , outside the window looks like a dump(next to the driveway), the bedding smelt miff , as if it was not dryed properly before putting onto bed . Parking doesn't seem secure no gate . Most of all , Staff are stuck up and not friendly at all , busy on their phones , can't even lift their head to greet . Especially the Lady that sits on the left of the counter . Will never be visiting again.

That the manager is the one who keeps tea condiments we have to keep on asking. Management is poor but staff overall is excellent. And the towels are too old.

They need to add dinner and fix some of the things like plugs
