Everything ❤️🥰 especially the staff was very respectful,kind, and caring. Everything was perfect. The food was👌both the breakfast and dinner buffet was tasty and great presentation , fancy but also gives that warm feeling of home. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The rooms on the second floor had an amazing view of the pool and the sea.The bed and pillows were comfy as a cloud and the cleaning staff made sure the room was clean and smelt fresh. The New years tropical event that was hosted gave a chance to mingle and meet other residents which was very fun😂♥️. The place is child friendly.

Coffee at breakfast was terrible. Had to clean tables on the veranda ourselves sometimes.

Didn't like the fact that we had to move rooms 2 days into our stay as the shower and toilet were leaking. It looked like it had been leaking for a while and cleaning staff didn't report it. However given a superior family room to compensate. Didn't like having to listen to loud karaoke and flashing disco lights shining in our eyes coming through the glass partition into dining room after 10 hour drive. Could also hear it loud up in our bedroom.

Stayed tbere last year and hax an enjoyable stay. This year the same, liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Facilities and friendliness of everyone.

Nothing at the everything was perfect!....we were just dissapointed by the rainy weather.

We liked that it's closer to the beach and they have a big pool on site with a nice relaxed sitting area. Their food is very nice. The Xmas lunch was so nice and tasty.. There were a lot of options to eat 😋😋. The place is child friendly, with kiddies club. The bar is always open. The service at reception and the porters is excellent!!!

For me, the mattress on the bed was much too firm, so I did not sleep very comfortably, but that is a personal preference.

The staff were very friendly & accommodating, especially the manager, Marc. We were made to feel special & the view from our room was beautiful.

I had to make an upgrade on my room due to my daughter tagging along. It was no problem at all for these guys. They never even charged for the bigger room. That's good service. Makes you wanna go back everytime

The infinity pool could have looked better maybe painting the floors of the pool and also the red tape around it made for bad pictures but otherwise it was perfect

I was out most days because I had many things to do and people to see. The breakfast and dinner were very good and more than adaquate. Often my family joined me for dinner and to watch the World cup rugby on the big screen. The atmosphere was delightful. Ordering Coffee Latte in the lounge after a busy day was just the best.

The food was plentiful but not of the best quality. For the price paid, one would expect decent presentation and a tastier range.
