We didn't have breakfast on the BNB we had our own food but judging from the way the staff was I am sure it would have exceed our expectations.

Would have been better if breakfast was served. The tea, coffee and sugar provided in the room are few..it was a freezing night and we started utilising the tea/coffee at night, resultantly we had none for morning!

We had a great stay, we appreciate the warm welcome despite a late booking. The rooms are really comfortable and clean. Staff catered to all our requests with such ease and understanding such that the holiday felt like our second home away from home

They need to change their toilet paper, they using lowest grade (if there's ever something like that), such that I bought mine....more remotes needed for access than calling whenever u wanna go in/out.

Staff couldn't give full details on services without being asked. The breakfast listed online wasn't offered. The pool wasn't open for swimming and full of tree leaves.

The location was easily accessible and very reviving. The garden is very beautiful and great for a walk.

Walls were so thin that one heard every movement your neighbours made. If one had noisy neighbours, it could be a problem. Another problem is lack of access...no keypads for opening the gates, so one has to phone a staff member to let you in or out!

The aircon and fan were not working. There is no seeating at the pool. Nobody is at reception: you need to phone them for service. Staff want to be helpful but aren't always able to. For example, on reception we were received by a gentleman who told us he couldn't help us and we should wait for another employee (he seemed to be the gardener). We didn't see anybody who introduced themselves as a manager in 3 days. The furniture in the room was old, worn through/cracked. The room was windowless except for the bathroom window: so owing to the heat we needed to keep the front door open which meant we had no privacy. The so called "garden views" are an overstatement. From the shared patio you look directly onto the carpark and two other bungalows and a vegetable patch: there was a garden path, a garden feature and few thin grassy patches between: a very in adequate garden. The TV is not a smart TV so doesnt support youtube, phone pairing etc. While there are tons of cable channels (a big dstv bouquet), the vast majority are devoted to sport. It felt like there were only the mnet movie channels: we had trouble finding enjoyable shows to watch. It was a place to lay one's head at night but definitely not a place you would want to stay during the day.

It is located in a nice area and there was good parking and a pool. Staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable. The TV subscription is very, very comprehensive on sporting channels.
