Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaDidn't like the infestation of cockroaches . They were everywhere Kitchen , bedrooms , bathrooms. Even in the fridge. The apartment didn't have any soap or shower gel. Be prepared and bring your own. The aircon leaks water and makes the tiles very slippery in the kitchen. Watch out when exiting the apartment .The blinds need repairing and and general maintenance is required. The apartment has access control and needs backup battery solution. During load shedding the entrance door automatically remains open putting your valuables and yourself at risk.
Check in was super easy. Beds were large and comfortable.

South AfricaView: This particular property has not much view, It is an inside flat. TV: There is a need for a TV in another small room. Airconditioning: Aircon in the bedrooms is a must as it gets very hot in the bedrooms.
Location: It is situated in a very quiet and secure location. Parking: It has undercover parking Security: The boom and the doors are accessible with a tag, very secure. Setup: It is a home away from home.
