Too little cutlery in our room. Bunk beds were not so comfortable for adults.

The pool was a blessing. We were received and treated very friendly. The breakfast was yummy.

There weren't enough mugs, glases, eating utensils for three people. There were also no plates.

The check-in staff was 'n bit confused with the booking. The breakfast was delicious, the little we had (there was guests before us at breakfast - wasn't space for everyone we had to wait.) When there was enough space to go in to have breakfast, there wasn't much food left and we had to ask for everything (e.g a fork, warm water for coffee/ tee etc.)

Dalberry Guesthouse was a very comfortable guesthouse to stay. The Guesthouse is situated very close to Monte Casino. You can feel safe staying here.

It doesn't require some work the "restaurant and bar" are very outdated. They also need a vending machine or have services available to get something as simple as a bottle of water

The location is ideal, facilities are oky, they just need to improve on the heating device in Winter in the rooms because the place is very cold.

I was expecting lodge 3 that had self catering option but got a room without this. Staff did try help by putting microwave in room but had no bowls or cutlery to do my own food. Noisy neighbours who had their tv blasted loudly until late at night - although this wasn't fault of the staff.

Daily room cleaning was an unexpected bonus, plenty of extra blankets, wonderful spa bath.

My towel had a worn hole in it, but other than that all was good.

Very easy to get to off the Highway and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and wifi worked well. Had an amazing bath tub but was way too hot for a bath. I had to leave early restaurant looked good.

There was no extra blanket in the room and the Saturday night was cold, I only got back at 24h30. No light on at the front door and I battle to see where the key should go in The shower head definitely needs to be replaced and updated

They have boring rules and they knock on windows when are sitting and chatting, complaining that they make noise and the owner promised one of my friends that he will call the police for him.

Glasses in unit broken shower were leaking bedding and towels old and torn no handwashing liquid

Breakfast was ok and on time reception unfriendly ask for towels had to ask again coffee station dirty and not filled up fridge was dirty and frozen up no washing liqouid of plug for basin in kitchen

Shower only had luke warm water. No saucers for the tea cups. No mini bar as advertised. No power back during a 2 hour power outage only a single lamp

The yard area was unkept - leaves all over, swimming not clean. Room ceiling was repaired but not painted - not very attractive. Definitely not a 4 star facility.

Staff working at guesthouse were terrible, walking with their slippers everywhere and with no urgency at all. Feet draping on the floor while they walk towards you and not very friendly. Perhaps invest in better staff that actually wants to work their and that looks professional then business will pick up way more.

Can't get hold of the stay tried calling 11 times to confirm which time we'd be joining breakfast, they didn't answer. It was not until the next day at 7:45am that somebody answered the phone. When we got to breakfast they seated us at a dirt table (we were standing at a clean one, but was moved to the dirty one). The lady then brought juice and yogurt from the previous people who didn't eat theirs and gave it to us. She then just brought the plates over as is and did not clean the table. When we received our food, we found a 3cm long piece of plastic inside our food and immediately stopped eating.

The room was clean and very quite area.
