Because of the size of the room (It's really big), I guess I expected the kitchenette to be a bit more equipped, it only had a bar fridge, would have expected a microwave too with a room that huge. The room I was in (room 9) did not have power sockets by the bed (power sockets are weirdly placed in the kitchen and have no twin plug/two-pin plug), so I had to disconnect the power for the TV to charge my drone batteries and cellphone

The room was HUGE (room 9). The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a log Had a nice neat kitchenette, and sufficient lighting (headlamps had no bulbs though). I arrived really late so can't say much more as I did not really get to enjoy the rest of the facility. I appreciate how the owner made contact, just try to find out if I am still on my way (nice touch)

The showers we horrible, the water is not properly coming out from the shower head. PLEASE FIX THE SHOWER HEADS FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!! Also change the breakfast menu and give proper well prepared breakfast!

The room was stuffy, old stained and very dry towels, no glasses nor cups and a kettle, we were told that DSTV account was blocked due to non-payment and our beds front leg fell off and we had to sleep on a skewed bed for the entire night. Lastly, the bathroom has no mirror and the water pressure was extremely.

The place wasn't as clean as you would expect it to be. We were not expecting spotless but thee bare minimum. Dust, the bathroom was the worst, the pool needs to be cleaned. We couldn't even swim.

The staff was truly friendly, it was welcoming and truly it was them that made it all better. The rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable, the scenery it was all worth it.

There is no warning before booking that the place does not have running water. The staff instead of asking for booking pin they want to see the confirmation from the guest phone which I felt it was invasion of privacy. Front desk always does not have anyone it is a struggle to arrive and leaving.

In our room the were a lot of mosquitoes and repellent s were empty, the was no remote for the TV , DStv remote had no batteries and DStv was not working all the channels were blocked.

There was no cups or glass to make coffee or drink water. No remote to tv, no WiFi, and one towel for a room booked for 2 people.No shower gel, only lotion. No plates to dish on at the room.

The Venue is very nice. A different experience from while you’re travelling to the place.
