This is a beautiful property with amazing staff. The views from the pool are exceptional. Great breakfast. highly recommend staying here when you are visiting Stellenbosch.

They two nights we stayed at De Seven had been super good and completely relaxing. Adrian and the team did a great job! The entire building and outdoor area is very nice and ideally located to explode some of the vineyards close by. Excellent service, very clean.. nothing to complain. We would always come back without hesitation. Thanks again!!

i wish i had booked two more nights in there!!

we loved absolutely everything of our stay in DeZeven. it’s the most relaxed I have been in a while and i could not thank them enough. the pool, the mountain views, the massive room, the fresh and delicious breakfast… what is not to love! so well decorated and curated. the landscaping is also on point. the staff was super nice and helpful, we felt at home!

That the stay was short, needed more time.

There's really nothing that one cannot love about the place. From the time you enter De Zeven, you already feel that it's the place to really enjoy, relax. The views from around and the entire garden. The set up at each and every area, inside and outside sitting areas. Very cosy. The chilly nights, fire was lit to keep warm. Every staff member was available to assist. Best place for a holiday. Will definitely be back.

beautiful hotel in the most dramatic setting. every part of the hotel is in immaculate condition and feels tailored to making your stay as relaxing as possible. the rooms are good sizes with large comfortable beds and views out over the mountains. the staff were also attentive, friendly, and you could tell they enjoyed what they did as they were positive and would go out of their way to help you. de zeven is the perfect place to spend a few days in Stellenbosch!

A few small suggestions : 1) to put the thick curtains in front of the thin ones in the room. 2) to put a few of the lights facing down instead of to the ceiling as the room was quite dark when the curtains were closed.

It is in a stunning location with beautiful views. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great, and I loved that eggs and salmon croissant. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nothing - we have travelled the world extensively and always stayed at great hotels but the Zeven has overdone all expectations and wishes.

This place is true heaven in the midst of the beautiful Stellenbosch. The property is very tranquil with a beautiful interior. But what really stood out was the hospitality! Everyone is extremely helpful, kind and goes the extra mile to make your stay wonderful! We even booked a night extra!

It is impossible to say a bad thing about this place.

Everything! The property is amazing with an stunning view - the decoration is cozy, delicate and beautiful. The staff is INCREDIBLE - they will do everything they can to make your stay unforgettable and the attention to every little detail is what make the difference in this accommodation. The breakfast is delicious and we had dinner also at the property and it was one of our favorite meals of the trip.

This was an absolutely STUNNING property with Mountain View’s. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Every single person was very warm and we could tell cared about our experienced. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay here. The room was extremely clean and the decorations added extra personality to the room.

Nothing, the wine they produce was also outstanding.

Amazing scenery, delicious food and lovely staff, they treated us so well for our honeymoon and everything was seamless. The rooms were comfy and well thought out with huge showers and vaulted ceilings. The most beautiful view I've ever had the privilege of waking up to.
