Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is easily the best place we have ever stayed in. We stayed in Delaire Graff for one night on our honeymoon and it was perfect. The room was so spacious and had everything we needed and more. The free wine tasting and breakfast in our room were lovely added extras.

SwitzerlandThere are a few things which could improve the experience for other guests. - Not all TV channels in our room were clear, some were breaking up. - The kitchen in the Indochine restaurant seems to be a bottleneck. The service in the restaurant is great but it takes too long for dishes to be prepared impacting the overall experience. We witnessed this both at dinner and at breakfast when very few people were in the restaurant. Your other restaurant down the road has this aspect down to a fine art and our lunch met all the quality standards you set for yourself.
We had a fantastic experience overall. Service of the staff was excellent throughout. Staying at your estate was an experience we won't forget.
