Shower and basin was not up to standard water was flowing slowly on our basin when we brush our teeth and on the shower it was not flowing in a good way

The reception lady who handed me the key, seemed a bit uninterested, I even refrained from asking questions. Also they sent a lot of communication beforehand but fail to communicate effectively, I was under the impression that they have countless activities, I however didnt know one has to pay for even the heated pool and the supertube, it was a first for me visiting a place that offered these and made u pay for them, all the other activities are charged understandably so, wasnt expecting that the heated pool and supertube are also charged.

How clean the unit was. Thats what I appreciated the most about the place. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. There were ample seats by the pool area. One will never run out of things to do at this restaurant, they have so much activities to do, that I could gladly recommend it to friends and family. Also liked the animals that randomly roam around the resorts.

11km driving on a gravel road. It was not comfortable at all. The house keeping lady didn't clean our apartment properly. She just washed the dishes and left the used towels unchanged whereas we were going to be there for 2days. Thought they will change them as we used them already.

It had many activities inside, we didn't have to leave the place for other activities. The highlight of it is the zipline, quad bikes and the heated pool.

Occasionally could hear our neighbours in the hotel next door. Wifi was non-existent in our room, only available near reception and restaurant. Restaurant’s menu could use an update.

Room was clean and well-kept. Facilities were really nice with lots to do during our stay. Staff were friendly. The convenience of the shop and restaurant was a great addition.

The beds were not very comfortable. The fact that you had to pay for each little activity like Putt-Putt and Table Tennis etc. I felt that the breakfast buffet was really expensive, if you order a breakfast off the menu you get more for less. The food was also cold, was not kept warm. Overall, the food always arrived cold from the restaurant, regardless of breakfast or dinner.

We enjoyed the place and facilities, and we really had a good time. The unit was recently renovated, so that was a bonus.

The family studio was a bit small and rustic. Not the same as the advertised pictures. Fine for a two day stay..

The dirt roads to and from Dikhololo were waterlogged in places. Dikhololo and the other resorts in the immediate area should improve these for better (safer) access

All the facilities were close to hand and reasonably priced. The Body Bliss Spa is uniquely situated and worth a visit

The waiters and waitresses were rude and only focus on specific race, Your cleaners don’t knock when they come in for room service, therefore we don’t get to enjoy our privacy

Animal poo around pool and kids play areas

Kids enjoyed the heated pool and fun activities arranged by the entertainment team. The outdoor evening movie on Thursday night was also such a nice family treat.

The room we were in was a bit small for a family and the couches in the living room were the single beds for the kids. They were not even sleeper couches. just ordinary couches. I thought they would have separate single beds according to the photos on their website.

The biggest problem we had was that I chose to spend time at your resort because you have back up solar panels and generators, but only to find out that these do not run during off peak times of the day. I even contacted the resort a few days before arriving to confirm the use of the back up power and no one said anything about only using these power supplies during certain hours. When we checked in the receptionist was very short and not at all helpful or friendly, no extra information was given to us on arrival besides for where our unit was and a program of the day was given to us. On the Wednesday we had settled ourselves down to take part in the couples quiz at the restaurant but the quiz was not held and no one seemed to know what was going on when I asked. These are all very small issues we had but it did put a level of upset on our trip.

It was our second time at at the resort. We love that our child is safe to run around and be free to play and explore. The unit we stayed in was spotless and very well maintained.

The heated pool is a little miffy. Our unit, although clean, did not have a walk in shower (with bad knees, could not climb in to use it), and is an older unit. The sand road to the entrance of the resort needs serious work - it gave us back ache. We have friends who won't come just because of the quality of road, which is a shame.
