Few guestrooms provide two comfortable chairs in the room - this room had two! Another small but welcome addition was face-cloths in the bathroom as well as water and glasses on the beside tables. There was a lovely communal coffee/lounge room and a table and chairs on the patio to enjoy the morning sun. Absolutely every need was catered for in the room which was tastefully decorated and very comfortable.

Set in a quaint town within a mini vineyard and lovely kept garden. Loved being here and wish we could extend our stay. This was our break point of drive between Cape town and the Garden route. The hosts our wonderful people and ensured we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Not being able to close a bathroom door. Open plan is great for most things, and the bathroom decor is stunning, but a little more privacy would be great.

The tranquility of the location was wonderful. It was still within walking distance to many places in town and had the privacy and comfort of being away from it all.

It was a great overnight stay in a lovely rural area. The porch offered a view on a little vineyard, on a river and on the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The room was lovely furnished and offered lots of extras you don't expect. Daph was very friendly and helpful. Value for money. Very recommendable.

Our only suggestion - there should be a door to the bathroom - to afford some privacy. The bathroom itself, various clean towels and amenities provided were perfect!

The views from the room superb! Looking over the little vineyard and the mountain perfect way to begin any day.

We loved our stay here! The hosts are very kind to us and made everything to feel us comfortable. There's a room where you can cook and making some good coffee. The house is really cute and there is a beautiful view from the garden. We can highly recommend it!!

Can‘t think of anything negative.

We loved everything about our short stay. Our hosts were lovely and have thought of everything. The interior of the rooms is very tasteful and all about having a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the exterior (garden) of the house as well and the view from our room in the morning. Heavenly.

I wanted to stay longer. No gripes

Loved the secluded drive coming to property surrounded by vineyards and country garden with views over the mountains. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Rooms was beautifully decorated with all the comforts that one would need, even mosquito repellent, a fan, & books and the most comfortable mattrass. I also loved the veranda to enjoy our morning expresso while the chooks scratched for their morning breakfast too. I would definately stay again and can highly recommend this beautiful country stay and friendly host - thank you indeed !

Nice clean room in a cottage next to the house of the owners, comfortable bed and bathroom. The location is quiet but close to town .We loved the garden .
