The shower was not good. Also in a standard room you only get a 8 fin oil heater which does not work. You have to prebook dinner. The food has a lot to be desired. If you are vegetarian or vegan there are very few options. Also if you don't eat beef or pork you choices are limited at dinner.

The staff was fantastic. The accommodation were clean and neat. The wellness center was amazing.

The place is run down and looks shabby. Our oven did not work, the legs of the heaters are broken, and some of the crockery is cracked. There is a Teens and kids area upstairs but No kids holiday programme as offered by other resorts in the Berg which was disappointing. Even though there is an activity centre with ziplines and obstacle courses, this is closed most Fridays. There is no place to get coffee/ food until 10am when the bistro opens. This then closes at 17h30 and you need to wait again until 18h30.

The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. There are cold water slides and a warm pool. The restaurant has an outstanding breakfast on offer. There is a little shop on site and Elands convenience store nearby if you have forgotten any items behind.

There should be golf carts made available to get around the resort from one place to another

Apparently some of the rooms have been renovated and some not. Some has underfloor heating and some not. I booked two rooms. A single and a double. The double room had underfloor heating and my single room didnt!

i didn't like when questioning many times the age of my son since he is tall, maybe they thought we are lying about his age they should have said we must bring birth certificate than asking same question.

Travelled all day, the unit was not ready on time. We had to find things to do on two occasions waiting for the room to be ready after the confirmed check in time.

Wifi in the self catering units, a better supper buffet wud maybe more meat options (lamb), Seafood like grill fish or prawns not jus a messy seafood paella fit for Pets.try also a wood fire pizza station.

Good, the buffet kept us going till about 3pm so lunch was not necessary.

The rooms are right on top of each other making it quite noisy. The restaurants are way over priced and have average food.

The staff are excellent and very efficient. The location is perfect.

Road all the way from Howick is a huge problem with Potholes. Not the Hotel's fault but needs to be noted. Baboons are out of control at the resort...I don't know what the answer is???

The buffet dinner did not have much of a choice for guests like myself that only eat mutton or chicken or vegetables. It would also be awesome if some curries could be available. It would be appreciated if you could consider adding these to the menu. Thanks

The road leading to upper rooms 70 to 85 is un even and scary.

The service that we received from all the staff was excellent, their breakfast and the cleanes of the place was top noch👌,(Zama the receptionist and Mr NGCOBO the restaurant manager keep up the good work.

Kids activities are very few & sometimes no one pitches for them. Archery equipment is very old & difficult to use. Baboons are a huge displeasure.

The views are amazing. Love the range of things to do. Showers are great!! Pool, table tennis & bowls was fantastic. Spa & golf was great!!!

No decaf coffee in the rooms which I needed since I'm pregnant, asked reception and they said they don't have for the rooms which left me having to wait to get coffee when going out. Pillows were misshapen and not the best condition. Going for dinner some food was either not on burners so hot cold which wasn't great to eat.

Views, bingo night was great, so much to do on the property, affordable activities, shop was nice and convenient, golf was lovely, stunning location.
