Fellow guests were noisy in the garden outside the bedroom and also noisy in the passage after bedtime depriving us of peaceful sleep.

The neighbouring room was very noisy. It sounded like staff were having a party there.

Although it was a beautiful building it seems standards have dropped with food quality and felt a bit tired.

Had lovely views of the mountains, family friendly and lots of fun little activities to do on site.

The dinner buffet choices could be better. I got bit by a horse fly, would be nice if I knew if they even existed. It was my first time riding.

I was really hesitant to come as the pictures on booking.com really don't do the place justice. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Everything is beautiful and well kept. Lovely breakfast spread and amazing views. The hiking trails are great to. We went horse riding next to the resort.

No heated pool, even though they state that there is one.

Everything was good. Great place to stay. Breakfast and dinner are very nice. Entertainment was great.

When we booked, I only selected this facility because it had a heated pool, however the pool was never heated and the staff said that it does not work. This was really something that we were looking forward to while being surrounded by the landscape. This actually constitutes as false advertising. Very disappointed with that.

Hotel was clean, staff were generally friendly and helpful, hike was nice, could be more informative. Breakfast and dinner was great, fire places were great.

The room we stayed in could use with an upgrade, the outdated bathroom and carpets could be modernized. However the room was still very clean, and well maintained.

We loved the location, the facilities, pool deck, open grass area, kids play area, but most importantly we absolutely loved the food. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional, with such a wide variety!

there can be a little improvement in the menu for breakfast indian people are very fussy on there choice of meals.

Minor things were the TV switching on in the middle of the night due to loadshedding, the water not always being hot and going between hot and cold easily, and the one night some people in another room shouting a lot, which we could hear.

The food is exceptional. There's something for everyone, and the selection of curries was so so delicious. There's so much to do to keep busy and the staff are all great! The room was basic but very clean and the bed was comfy. The hikes are marvelous!

It has been 5 years since my last visit and I would have hoped that the entertainment programme as well as the food would be better. My kids love going to Champagne Sports resort as their first choice and largely because of the variety and quality of the food as well as the kids club / activities.

Should add a roast to the buffet to accommodate for those who don't consume beef The shower in the room I was in was really very small.

The views where breathtaking. The staff were friendly and very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast had a huge variety to choose from. Kudos to the Manager and staff for a well run Hotel

Monkey came into the room the 1st day and took biscuits from coffee station. Had to have the sliding closed the whole time Food was repetitive and not as good as our previous stay

Too few channels on the TV.. and sometimes water isn't thaaat hot but I'm sure that's because alot of people is using it.... but I really enjoyed my stay! Would def do it again and again lol. Also the monkeys dont give you a break they always on your balcony 🥲

We loved the food! The warm blankets! And the staff were extremely friendly especially the people that were making the breakfast omlettes!
