Friendly nature of the host. Exceptional view from and cleanliness of the apartment. It is a fabulous stay for a small family, especially an overnight stay. Even though we had to be aware of the baboons, it did not negatively impact our stay.

There are some minor changes that could make this apartment much more comfortable. 1. Create a desk area near an electrical outlet 2. More comfortable bar stools with wheels 3. A larger kitchen trash can 4. A coffee maker and scissors in the kitchen 5. Create a designated outside space with a BBQ grill for the renters 6. Better battery operated lighting for load shedding periods, especially for the bathroom 7. A cover for the trip hazard at the sliding glass door between rooms Eventually, as the planet warms, air conditioning will be required. Be aware, access is via steep outside steps.

Very friendly, hospitable, helpful interesting host! Gorgeous view of the beautiful coastline! A great, upscale bathroom. Plenty of space! The value would be excellent for 3 or 4 people traveling together.

It would have been nice to be able to park the car inside a garage although it was not a big problem as it was safe.

The view was breathtaking and the apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

This is a great location for many reasons. Location is excellent. The facility has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to a living area and bedrooms. Beautiful views and your own private entrance and even off street parking.

The location was perfect!! The beach was right across the road and it's a walking distance to see the penguins. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly. Francois was helpful and informative. He was always just a message away, in case we needed anything. People around the place very friendly and went out of their ways to guide us.

I loved the location and the views. The beach was just across the road and if you walk a bit further for around 10 minutes, you can see the penguins. The place had everything we needed. It was spacious and could easily accommodate 4 persons. There were heaters in the room and a electric comforter for heating the bed. It is a short distance from the Cape of Good Hope and the hosts were friendly and extremely helpful.

Getting your luggage in and out is a bit awkward because of the stairs and having to keep doors closed and locked in case baboons arrive. The owner is very willing to help you with that though.

Beautiful bright modern apartment with the most amazing view of the boulders in a great location. Francois and his wife were the perfect hosts. with lots of local information. we could walk from the apartment along the boulders on a small safari to see the Penguins away from all the crowds.

There was nothing that we didn't like, except for the loadshedding that inconvenienced us a bit, but that was out of the host control.

The accommodation was clean and well stocked. The view was exceptional and picturesque. Very beautiful and tranquil and relaxing. Enjoyed the stay immensely. Would definitely go again as soon as possible.
