The main bedroom had a lot of dampness, even the carpet was quite wet underneath. We didn't realise how bad it was until we lifted our suitcases up from the floor to find that the carpet had made them quite wet.

The property shows a washing machine in the pictures but this is not available to use as it is broken. unfortunately you need to supply your own fire wood, something that most other properties make available free of charge or included in the price. No internet/WIFI in the property.

the property is located on a quite side street, within walking distance to all local shops, bars and restaurants. the property has large bifold doors leading to a well equipped garden/patio area. The property has a large Braai/indoor fire, this makes for easy cooking for a large family. the kitchen is very well equipped with both gas and electric cooking. the property has a large family bathroom.

Everything was great

The large tastefully decorated house had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The host and caretaker were both very kind and accommodating. The location of the house is perfect - just a short walk from town. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything! The house is well equipped, everyrhing you need in the kitchen. Lovely patio to enjoy the trees and birds. Close the Dullstroom shops. Extremely good value for money, it was a lovely stay.

Loved the place, perfect for a one night stay. The rooms has heaters but the main area didn't - but overall a great stay.

The entrance gate was a bit nerve racking with a low car, my car is very low though and didn’t scrape, regardless, I just had to be careful. There was no key for the patio door, but it was unlocked anyway, it did have a security gate so it wasn’t a cause for concern. A few dirt marks on the white bedding. Would’ve been nice to have salt and pepper supplied as sugar was supplied. But this is nit-picking, it was a superb stay and a great home.

Great modern interior. Lovely deck. Heated Blankets. Nice Bath. Nice shower with lots of pressure. Alarm System. Emergency light and candles for load shedding. Nice gas hob. Location is walking distance from everything. Ice was supplied. Good communication.

Some provided blackbags for the dustbin, as well as a large recycle bin outside would suffice. other than that, minor things such as an extra pot and pan and some sharper cooking knives, but those were very minor things.

We liked everything, but we do keep our eyes open for pet friendly places. Unfortunately, the fence around the property on the side is very low, but that is just a personal observance and not anything against the lovely, property.

There isn't much to fault, only the long grass; our two small pets often got lost in the long grass. The front door security gate was a bit tough to latch and lock, and the back door facing the patio was a bit of challenge to lock.

The home is perfectly situated behind Dullstroom's little town, the garden is plentiful for the pets to run and play. The home is spacious, especially the bedrooms, well equipped and neat. Reception wasn't an issue for us and one can consider bringing their own router.

There has been some water damage that needs to be repaired. But it rained heavily whilst we were there - and there were no leaks. So I assume that had already been repaired.

A perfect holiday house for a family. A well equipped kitchen. A lovely indoor braai for when the weather is cold and miserable. With a small baby I spent a lot of time in the lounge nursing - and it was so beautifully put together I was as comfortable as if I was at home.

Lovely spot to spend a night on the way to Kruger Park and gave us a bit of time to explore Dullstroom in the morning. Location is great, and 3 bedrooms where ideal for the 4 of us

very very filthy - musky smell lingering in the house… house needs urgent maintenence. stained bedding!!!

There was no wifi. The big bed sagged a bit. Found quite a few hairs between the sheets. The house was quite cold, and there was no way to heat the living room except the brai; some provided firewood for it would have been nice.

The house was roomy and well furnished. The host was responsive to problems.
