Short windows for seaview I had to climb on a chair for me to see properly because all of our family members are short, towels were not changed on a room service only one shower gel and one soap was provided yet we were booked for 2nights couch was very small we couldn't fit properly, went on a jacuzzi and it was very dirty😒

I tried to ask about the breakfast the was no response from the staff I had to go to another hotel for breakfast buffet, I had my son with me my son only went to the pool and that was the only fun he had yet he was looking for more fun games as promised

Very spacious and comfy .everything you need for a family getaway you will find. Also the security guard at the door is very friendly and welcoming.

The cockroaches in the apartments the drainage system needs a little work on,the toilet flush button is little difficult is you have manicure on,our apartment didn't have toilet brush

There wasn't anything that I didn't like except that I wish we could have had two sessions for jacuzzi.

The fact that I bokked for 8 adults and there were 4 single beds and one double, then there was a broken sleeper couch, was very disgusted and embarrassed, cos I booked on behalf of my friends, we ended up fighting as to who was gonna sleep on it. The stuff told me that sleeper couch was actually for kid, they couldn't help me. Then we were under water, cos the windows don't close properly, I didn't report cos the staff wasn't so nice, they gave us two toilet paper ai man I mean we were ladies, we use a lot,

The place was clean and there's a lot of things u can do indoors if it's raining. Heated pool, jacuzzi, that was nice

I loved everything, my room was on the back , i wanted to view the sea but it was still fine, i saw the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, it was 🤩 I didn’t have enough time to use them, i will definitely revisit them again

This apartment really needs an upgrade. The kitchen had an awful smell. Not sure if it was the drains, the sink cupboards, dishwasher or the bottom of the cupboards that are starting to rot. It really wasn't pleasant. And theres cockroaches. The bathroom is terrible. It's really difficult to use the shower. The hand shower can be used on a bracket but water goes all over the place and floors so U forced to use it as a hand shower. The water spout is coming off the wall. Water sprays all over from it. The shower curtain is dirty and needs to be changed. The mirror was filthy.

The pool was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly especially at reception. Check in was quick.

I didn't like that they couldn't give us extra door cards because it becomes difficult when kids want to go-to the pool. Cockroaches is a problem. They everywhere in the apartment and the fridge . The stove didn't work properly. Didn't get hot enough. For big apartments you'll must give at least 2 lights during loadshedding. Although there wasn't loadshedding all day we couldn't get access to the Jacuzzi. Their excuse at reception was loadshedding. Aircon in one bedroom was not working.

I liked the view from the apartment. I liked the size of the apartment.
