I have OCD so the dirt spots on the chairs and side tables as well as oily fingerprints on the wardrobes disturbed me otherwise overall it was okay.

For the price it was a really good stay.

The room was exceptionally clean , neat and tidy, the freshness of the linen, ooh my, you could literally smell the detergent!. The appliances were all fully functional. Staff at reception was cheerful and helpful.

The geyser was off with no hot water. Perhaps consider finding out when a traveler will arrive so that water get be put on. Perhaps put some more towel in the room.

Room was clean. Linen was clean. It was a pleasure staying there. I will visit again soon. Was easy to find the venue. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fee paid for the room met expectations

Network reception was terrible in the rooms. I had to go outside or near the reception to take calls. The breakfast was not great. From the photos it appeared that breakfast was buffet, however it is a set menu with two options making it difficult as some of us don't eat beef or pork. We arranged with staff the night before, but the results was incorrect orders and no stock on a number of items. None of the rooms were cleaned properly. We had to ask the cleaners a number of items if they were going to clean our rooms as by early afternoon nothing was done. When we got back in the evening, the rooms had the blankets thrown on the beds. Floor, bins, bathroom not touched.

Gerald and Blessed went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Aside from cleaning staff, all were friendly and accommodating. Gerald is the go to for most things around the premises. Unfortunately we had to complain about the food and rooms in order for it to be rectified, which it was subsequently. The breakfast on the second day was fantastic. Ruku put in effort to compensate for the bad experience we had, which was greatly appreciated. The check in process was efficient and location convenient. The rooms are quite nice with good amenities.

the bedding was not yet changed, we had to wait outside for them to change the bedding and clean the room first. The towels were only brought in after we checked in too.

Their rooms don't accommodate smokers. They should consider having rooms for guests who smoke.

The room I was booked in did not have enough electricity on the prepaid meter, so I had to change rooms. These meters must have a threshold for usage as it started beeping around 3am, waking me up. The wifi credentials I requested did not work and had to be changed to a different romm's credentials. This eventually worked on my phone, but neither I or the staff could get it working on my laptop or tablet, so I eventually had to hotspot the wifi from my phone to get the other devices working. Lastly, the hot water in the shower was not extremely hot and ran out after aprox 10 minutes, in the middle of my shower. I had to wait an hour to be able to finish washing my hair, so not sure how two people would be able to get ready in the morning.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, trying their best to be helpful. The room was a decent size with a kitchenette including fridge and microwave.
