The location yoh, the road going there was unbearable and unsafe, especially because it just rained the road was wet and muddy,😵 plus it is right in the middle of the woods... It was really scary

The bedding was dirty. Looked like someone was using it before I came it. the main door did not have a key, only the room I was given had a key hence safety was of concern. I was never given or shown where the password for the wifi is. Will be uploading pictures of how I found the bed…..

I did not like that the sheets did not smell fresh please use fragranced softener, I smelled nothing which is also better than bad. We left since morning and when we arrived around 6pm they had not cleaned and had to ask for them to clean, after cleaning they did not change the towels and had to reuse them. I also did not like that my request for two single beds was not done even though they confirmed to seeing the message prior to checking in. The bathroom is not thoroughly cleaned as much as the bedroom the side walls are very dusty. The rain shower is blocked and the worst to use. The WiFi only worked on Friday, I think they switch their WiFi data off so reviews are right. I did not like the plastic teaspoon. Their cleaned glass smelled like saliva and eggs.

I booked for the weekend with my 10yrs old son. On Friday it was nice and quiet. The accommodation is beautiful and good value. We really liked it and would consider going back there. The flies are being exaggerated on the reviews and they also provide doom spray. The location is not bad as long as you follow their street directions not Google maps then you’ll be ok. Their pool and environment is clean. It’s not far from town.

Very friendly staff, I got lost on my way there and they were willing to meet me halfway to the lodge. I liked the location it was great, definitely going back with my friends…

We thought breakfast was included in the accomodation. the firstday was not good as we arrive late and the GPRS took the long route that is not user friendly for cars and it was at night.

location is fine for the price and what the lodge os offering. different experience from town.

i loved everything ,please help with additional iron and ironing boards that`s my only take.otherwise everything else is spot on ,well there is room for improvement

The staff informed us upon arrival that they "thought" our booking was for September not August so the rooms that we booked, were already given to other guests. They were actually shocked to see us there because they were not expecting us. We were then moved to alternative rooms. It's a White House and it was very uncomfortable for us that side because there was an event for elderly people and we couldn't be free as much as we wanted. We believe if we were placed in the rooms that we initially booked, we could've enjoyed our stay. Honestly we were not pleased by how we were welcomed. Nonetheless, we enjoyed ourselves.
