Breakfast was poor. They never had ingredients like mushrooms as per their menu. Movement in and out of the property was very slow as the security was sometimes not there to open the main gate. There is no iron in the fascility. There is no DSTV standard in the accommodation.

Venue was situated well for the two oceans marathon. It was safe. Accommodation very spacious. Cleanliness.

There were very few options available for if you wanted to do your cooking, with only the bare minimum available. In addition due to all the photos I was expecting a better mountain view than my room had to offer.

The security and private parking were excellent, also the quality of the service, the furniture and style was fashionable and made the stay feel high class.

The indiscrepancy regarding the accommodation rates on booking.com and the establishment. I had to pay an additional amount, after already paying the balance through the App. I need to know why I had to pay extra... If the two entities does not have a standard rate, I should be held accountable and pay extra monies. I need someone to attend to my concern. Thankyou

Lots of amenities walking distance from the hotel. Friendly staff, especially the security. Our stay was overall very nice.

Having to press the button for the gate to open every time we wanted to leave using a car. The rooms were a lil bit cold.

The sofa covers were dirty and the beds sheets too. Poor Internet service. We were not comfortable with Beds too

Wifi never worked, TV never worked, staff did not help to fix this even though I walked down to reception and contacted the numbers provided numerous times to ask for a fix. No cleaning staff daily. Breakfast is not available early enough. Shower design was terrible. You could not open the door properly to get in. No shelf inside the shower to hold soap. No towel hook. The room was for 4 people, there were insufficient kitchen supplies for that many people. No aircon.

WINK stay was great. Just a few issues with the WIFI,dish washer was not working.The staff did assist us .If the front desk would thoroughly explain the cleaning arrangements and be available at all times

Poor appliance maintenance: When I got there and was shown to my room as per my reservation, the stove tripped just before I could start cooking, and the main switch was off, indicating that the issue happened a long time ago of the tripped main switch. Outdated TV: The personnel made it seem like it was my fault that the TV wasn't working since it is outdated and can't be updated to DSTV Streaming. As a result, I was unable to watch TV, especially the African Cup of Nations. They were unable to provide me with their login credentials for any of my devices because their TV was not functioning. The Shower door: The shower door was damaged, neglected, and not fixed. Parking: No reserved parking for me to park for the duration of my visit, so you may leave and return to find yourself without a parking spot because they always state it's first come, first served.

Transferred from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment because the stove's main switch kept tripping.

THE FACT THAT EACH ROOM DIDNT HAVE A KEY TO LOCK ITSELF WE EXPERIENCED LOAD SHEDDING TWICE DURING OUR ONE NIGHT STAY, AT LEAST PROVIDE A UPS FOR WIFI WE WERE GIVEN NO REMOTE FOR PARKING AND THIS IS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT AS WE HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN FOR US

I didn’t like that I had a lot of kitchen wears missing. I didn’t have a bowl for breakfast, no dish washing rag, no cups, no pots to cook, only a pan that was badly burnt. Better care needs to be taken when it comes to this. This was a birthday present, so I could make my own food instead of staying in a hotel, which wasn't possible. It was frustrating. The photos are of what I found in my self-catering room. I asked for a pot and the burnt pot was what I got. This is also not the best location. Uber ride to town is expensive if you're a South African, which I am. There were also NO mountain views from my room. The place is okay and can be fine if they are just honest about what is available and what you will get for your money. It will prepare you, so you don't get let down on arrival. NB. This is my mom's account but the stay was for me a 24-year-old male solo traveller.

I liked that the internet was reliable as that's top of the list for any of my travels. The bed was also VERY COMFORTABLE.

Did not get the apartment that was booked which was very dissapointing! Photo's did not match. Booked apartment with a view but was placed on a first floor with hardly no view, no balcony! We booked to top floor..... second floor as per photos's on booking,com. We even called reception before arrival day to make sure we have a view and they said we will only know on the day of arrival which was unacceptable! Stipulate this in your descriptin for future guests so they wont be disapointed.
