There seems to be a problem with power. When electricity from grid is restored after load shedding it trips one of the earth leakages. One needs to go reset the circuit breaker

The configuration of the rooms and living area was great. The inclusion of a power alternative during load shedding made it more comfortable than be forced to end the day

There were no pool lounging chairs, that would have been a bonus and there wa no umbrella (it was broken). 2 of our bedrooms did not have hot water for the weekend and also a missing aircon remote.

The property is well equipped for entertaining. The kitchen has a variety of plates, platters, an ice machine. The bedrooms are separated which is great for privacy & all bedrooms have aircons:) There is a big TV and also a lot of sitting areas with furniture that is clean and relatively new. Swimming towels provided, which is great & there is cleaning staff. The pool was clean and amazing views!

We had some problems with the power mainly due to Eskom having issues with a transformer, but then the backup power system that is in the house also didn’t work properly so we had extended periods without any power. We also had some issues with warm water in the two bedrooms closest to the fireplace. There was no warm water on that side of the house and also not in die scullery, although the small veggie sink in die kitchen had warm water.

The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The house was neat and clean on arrival.

Ants..no back up source for electricity.

The kitchen was fully stocked..I carried my own utensils but thar was not necessary. The unit had a ice machine..brilliant.The reception area was very welcoming.

Previous guests took the darts with them and therefore we could not take part in the darts game.

Nature surrounding the villa, the furniture and finishings. Ample space to literally do anything. The Private pool was the cherry on top.

The place had a lot of dust and the bath tub was dirty. The place is beautiful but the cleaning crew does not clean that house properly. Adding a washing machine would be great.

House is equipped with everything you will need for the trip even had a ice maker. The views from the house are to die for. House looks exactly the same as the pictures.

Finding the property was a bit problematic even after we were given the map. Also note that there is some few kilometres to travel on gravel

The property was clean, the staff from security to the restaurant were exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed our time, it is peaceful and there’s also a lot of privacy.

The property had everything we could have needed and looked exactly, if not , better than advertised. We absolutely loved this villa. We also Loved how we could be together as a group an still have privacy as couples.

A couple of days prior to arrival - I requested that double beds be arranged for all the rooms. I was given the assurance that all rooms have queen or king-size beds. You can imagine my disappointment to learn that this was not the case. When I requested this to be changed I was told it was not possible. Vacation for me is about comfort and unfortunately - this did not tick that box.

The location was good - however we needed to travel 17 kilometers on gravel to reach the accommodation. Would recommend that the owners in the area prioritize fixing the road or facilitate this with the local municipal government. The villa is spacious and the pool was clean.

The damage deposit changes that changed on last minutes and and we were not told prior to arrival. That literally left a sour taste to the beginning of our holiday weekend
