Everything. We opted for the private chef. Blessing and Allen provided exceptional services during the entire stay. Housekeeping was on-site, providing excellent service, not to mention: nightly turn-down service. Maintenance adjusted the pool temperature to our comfort level.

South AfricaHubby and I had a massage but unfortunately they didn’t have facility for massages so the ladies had to come to our villa to give us massages, what was unfair is that we were charged more than R700 extra for transportation that brought the massage equipments, I find that unfair they don’t have facilities for massages so they can’t charge transportation fee because it’s not as if we just decided to have a private service, they’re the ones with no facilities for massage so they can’t charge us extra for transportation. But besides that the massage was nice we enjoyed it.
Pictures were accurate, we stayed in villa 7 a stunning villa furnished beautifully, we travelled with our two little girls, the villa was perfect for children they could watch movies sitting on a huge leather couch or they would be swimming in the private pool, there was also a game room where we enjoyed playing games as a family, everything was perfect. Housekeeping ladies were fantastic they cleaned our villa to perfection everyday, we also had a game drive with one of their driver Romeo, he was very friendly and great with children, we even managed to see the Big Four sadly it’s now close to impossible to see the rhino, but the drive was great, you can also go to their restaurant that over looks the Sabie River we spotted some buffaloes and hippos on the river as we had our lunch plus the food was delicious… overall we had a great time and we’ll be definitely going back again.

The service as I came in to reception was excellent and amazing. The whatsapp communication is a great idea and and was efficient and extremely quick replies. The accommodation was excellent and surpassed our expectations. The tour guide Jeffery, was excellent and when we do come back we will request for him again, indicating his excellent services and ideas on where to find the animals , lots of humour and information on the animals.

United KingdomThey don't have a back up generator for the villas but do have some battery storage. This means you can use most of the lights but not sockets, quite inconvenient for example we couldn't make toast for breakfast or charge devices during these times. This was quite often as it was load shedding stage 6 whilst we stayed. Below are a few very minor improvements. I would prefer if maintenance staff didn't walk past the back of the villa whilst guests are there. Having staff walk by randomly made the outdoor shower pretty much a no go as they would see everything. Restaurant was just average - I would suggest avoiding the pizzas.
Our Villa (11) was amazing, finished to an excellent standard and the place was spotless. Staff were all fantastic, special mention for the guys at the main gate who were so friendly. BBQ grill in the outdoor area was fantastic to cook one night. Hazyview is your best bet for shopping. Watching the elephants walking on the the other side of the river.
