The aircon at room 29 was leaking and the remote was not working, the floor was flooding with water. TV remote was not working. The window did not have a handle to close but they moved us to room 51 and it was better than waking up to water on the floor.

The staff was so friendly especially Saul and the guy from GaChuene I forgot his name.

The beds status spoiled everything delapidated poor quality. Everything was good but it was just a nightmare to sleep in your poor quality mattresses, We could not sleep at all I woke up with a painful body please do something. The entrance stairs on the west side needs attention, wooden tops are loose and resemble OHS hazard. The parking safety is questionable as not all security walls are in place.

The food was well prepared, the receptionist was friendly and professional. The staff friendly and well presentable.

*The bed was not comfortable at all, please change them. *The tiles in the shower are very slippery and dangerous. *The lack of water now and then (perhaps have a borehole or something like that since you are having challenges with the supply of water from the municipality). *The noise levels from other guests on the corridors. *Had fish for dinner one evening and I did not finish it cause it was not good at all, I ate the chips and the salad. *The deck leading into the hotel from the parking is very unstable. Hopefully this review assists the hotel in improving where they lack cause I think this place has a lot of potential and I would not mind coming back again in the future, hopefully with some improvements made.

I liked the decor, the friendly staff and the central location. All the staff members that I dealt with were fantastic and for me they are the best thing about the hotel, compliments to them (from the Receptionist all the way to the housekeeping staff and everyone in between).

Shortage of water was a serious challenge. Such a hotel must have boreholes and water tanks for crisis time. The rooms were smelling really bad due to the water shortage. I think it is high time you change the beds that are really worn out

The beds are Horrific. Service is poor, there was no one at reception when we wanted to check in. My husband had to go around looking for someone to check us in. He found someone in the bar but the person did not come to reception only a good 15 min later the same person that was in the bar did our check in.

Close to where we wanted to be. Very clean which is very high on my list.

Left side wen enter the gate there s no proper fencing,the swimming pool was not clean for my liking yes it was there as i requested but the water looked dirty.

In room 8 at the apartment side i found cardboard which was broken but i thought management knows about it so only to find out in the morning wen i check out that they tell me that they were also not aware of it and for that i felt like i was robbed to pay for damage that i found in the facility.😥😥😥😥😥

The entrance from the parking is not so welcoming, the wooden floors are not looked well after. The place was noisy though, next time I would prefer a room in the upper floor. We were on the ground floor ,next to the swimming pool , we could hear the people's voices from the swimming pool side.
