Jacuzzi did not heat the water but that was not a problem. Just sitting on the patio and looking at the views was awesome.

It is a comfortable 3 bedroom house. All bedrooms are en-suite. Two bedroms also have outside showers which are lovely to use in warm weather. Well equiped kitchen. Large TV in lounge area and TV's in each bedroom. Lovely patio with pool. The views are excellent. House situated in a safe estate. Would certainly rent this house again for a weekend stay in the Berg.

The curtains were quite tricky to manage - we followed instructions but it didn't always work.

1. The oil must have a netted cover for families visiting. It's too close not to have that. 1 5 plunge pool must be covered. Even adults can slip in on rainy weather. 2. Do provide extra towels like we have a shower flooded bath we had nothing extra to put on floor. There are no floor towels provided. 3. We would have appreciated if the maid just didn't walk away without even greeting us. She could have showed us where the things where. 4. Do provide black refuse big bin bags so we may bag up our own dirt.

Everything at 11 on tumbleweed speaks 5 star luxury and comfort. Every amenity and comfort is provided. Upmarket, value for money for the discerning traveller. Slow internet, battled to stream Netflix. Late check-in, we requested an early check in as we were checking out not too far away, our request was denied, got to the unit at 3pm, was dirty and cleaners were still busy cleaning, nothing worse when you arrive at your holiday destination. Unit requires a little tlc, TV was skew, toilet roll holder installed upside down, so falls off when used, coffee machine with only milk pods, a iron but no ironing board, small dustbin with no dustbin bags. One shower handle operated in the opposite direction, when placed on cold, hot water would come out. Soap holder and towel rail was damaged. Brown water when bath was used. Ants were found climbing the toilet and in the kitchen. A fireplace with no wood or firelighters. Shower door scrapes and shower head was leaking. Electric blankets only work on one half of the bed. Bedroom door doesn't close properly.

The location, views and wildlife were great. Aircon and TV in each room. Security was good, however I didn't see a safe in the unit. On-suite bathrooms in each room. Jacuzzi and outdoor shower was fun. Unit had all the amenities required.

The view is spectacular. The hosts were constantly in touch and took great care of us. The property is stunning with a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. All bedrooms are en-suite and there are two outdoor showers as well. The estate is safe for beautiful walks. Really a great deal!

The only suggestion I would make would be to add some tea and get a coffee plunger, I know that there is a Nescafé coffee machine provided but the only coffees with it all had milk so although I had brought my own coffee I couldn’t make it as there was no coffee plunger.

The house is gorgeous and has a wonderful view. Everything was so beautifully laid out, working properly and of good quality, it felt like a home. The inverter also helped during loadshedding. Best of all was Nombuso she was so helpful and friendly.

There was only a mirror in the main bedroom not really space to do hair and makeup in the other rooms

Bedroom 2 is missing a small couch/arm chairs at the foot of the bed just to sit on while getting ready in the morning/preparing to go to sleep at night since the bed is quiet high to sit on.

The property has beautiful finishes and furniture, awesome views and we loved the jacuzzi. Two of the 3 Bedrooms even have outside showers attached to the ensuite and we had a cleaner who came in every day to clean for us.

There was absolutely nothing except that one had to eventually leave.

The fact that the place is in a gated community, it had exceptional views. There was Zebras and buck roaming around the area and that was a great thing. The bonus is that every room had its on en-suites so no one shared bathing and or toilet facilities.

Nothing - Loved everything about the property even took some ideas for my own interior design ... Highly recommend to visit this property it is really a rare find in the mountains with luxury of 5 STAR treatment combined. Wish we stayed longer

Everything was excellent, from the kitchen layout, utensils, cleanliness, every gadget and kitchen equipment was in working order and top of the range stuff --- super excellent... Now the patio, pool and jacuzzi area have no words to describe the feeling enjoying sundowners and spotting a few Zebras whilst relaxing in the Jacuzzi now seriously nothing can beat that ,, MaB the best housekeeper/caretaker ever ,, Lisha this one is a keeper good communication skills and very welcoming ,, thank you no words can describe our stay too good madam --- days went by so quickly

The secure estate was great for walks and mountain bikes (blackberry picking was a bonus)! Coffee pods were provided. Lovely Pool and jacuzzi. Great host - very helpful
